  1. Sad part is The Wolverine COULD have been good, but 12 year old Yukio and the entire end of the movie completely ruined it (especially when you compare it to how the 1982 Limited Series played out).
  2. Worst superhero movie for me is easily X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Nothing like cramming 150 years of a character's history into a two hour candyass flop. Worst movie I've ever seen has to go to The Dark Tower. When compared to the source material from King's literary saga, the movie is basically an unintentional comedy. Special mention for @TwoPiece - Punisher: War Zone should have been runner up to Rambo IV in just about category at the 2008 Oscars. Second special mention for Best Worst movie ever -- 1990: The Bronx Warriors. There are no words, you just have to see it.
  3. The negative reaction is simple to explain - this was done before. And badly at that. Apocalypse was panned pretty heavily, and Fox needed to re-tool. Instead, they decided to retread large parts of The Last Stand (you know I’m right @Bosco685!) and put an actress in the lead who can’t play dead. X-Men fans were rightly going to be pissed before this was even released. Here’s something to bear in mind too - there was a certain corner of the internet trying to crash Captain Marvel before it was released, and that still made a killing. If Dark Phoenix was actually any good, the box office would reflect it.
  4. They should’ve seen this coming from the start. The first guy to say “let’s do the Phoenix thing again” should’ve been fired. Lessons not learned.
  5. Celestial Wind aren’t the only game in town, there are SS facilitators out there who are completely above board. I have 2 that I trust without fail.
  6. OK...I said we should have intro’d ‘Nam guy to @BITCOINSWAMI on page 9.
  7. How did that bet quote get attributed to me?
  8. I completely forgot about this guy. We should've introduced him to @BITCOINSWAMI before he got the chair.
  9. Nah, McFarlane is picky with his yellow label authorized signings. Liefeld would sign your lunch in front of a CGC witness, just as long as you pay him. In fact, I'm pretty sure sandwiches are listed somewhere on his pricing structure.
  10. Todd also has to wear a blindfold for the extra prestigious additional designation of "Never Seen".
  11. Yellow label, with "Never Read" designation...yeah son!!!!
  12. The Home Advisor spokeswoman always comes to mind when talking plastic surgery fails. From cute redhead wearing a tool belt, to step-sister of Stephen King's It.
  13. Must we do this again? The movie itself is awful. The box office numbers are stellar.
