I also assume he's not going through all this trouble to pay fvm for common books he could just buy online...so in that respect, I assume he's getting "good" deals, whatever that may be...

I was just about to say, Marvel Family #1 isn't getting the same treatment. Or maybe it has/is and we just don't know it yet. Only sales this year are a couple 0.5's for $2K & $2.5K. That's a strong per point price, but 0.5's aren't the best comps either. It's tough with scarce books because there are so few comps. I'd say it was on average a $1K/point book coming into the recent hysteria...where it is now? Who knows...but the next hammer of a good comp is going to set the market.

I like this rendering. Do we know why WB wanted it removed? Perhaps because they intend to relaunch the brand, and don't want to be pigeon holed into using Carr...or have that inconsistency out there...
