  1. I'll be posting the narrative on my computer, and then editing to add the pics from my phone...just to explain the lag. I'll be citing mycomicshop for the details, so kudos to them... Weird Terror #7 3.5 OW - A stunner (for a 3.5) from the front, with all the bad stuff on the back (I was going to make a joke about that being just how I like them, but ehhhh...maybe not ). 21 on census. Last one went for a bundle... SOLD Cover by Don Heck. Stories and art by Alberta Tewks, Ed Green, Pete Morisi, and Don Heck. Pre-Code horror comics by the talents at the Iger Shop. Joe keeps things professional after murdering a romantic rival, and buries him in concrete on the job site. The curse of the Mask of Medusa brings ruin to all who possess it. A man makes a bargain with the mystical Keeper of the Flames to save his dying wife. Also featuring a cover by future Marvel legend Don Heck. Concrete Coffin; Needle Work; Mask of Medusa; Turnabout; The Evil Ones!
  2. It's fate, this one could be yours... My fav bum of the run by far, with Baker internals to boot. Can you blame me?
  3. Final drop. Take 10% off all books posted this far. Do the math and check the comps.
  4. About to take off for a 5hr flight. I’ll be surprised if none of these sell by time I land. 5% off everything...
  5. Fantastic Four Annual #1, putting this at a 1.0. A real beater, but complete and unrestored. Some tape on backside of front cover. Origin of sub-mariner, and first SA appearance of lady dorma. This is an undervalued book that appears to finally be getting some well deserved attention. I love it... Price: $75 (shipping only $5 for this book, or free if you also buy a slab obviously)
  6. Swamp Thing #1 6.0 WHITE A very nice and affordable 6.0. Price: SOLD
  7. Fantastic Four #48 CGC 3.0 WHITE Three sales this month: $775, $775, and $920. You won’t find a cheaper copy in grade. Price: SOLD

Stories by Edd Ashe, Harry Shorten, Lin Streeter, Joe Blair, Irv Novick, William Wills, Joe Blair, Ed Smalle, Mort Meskin, Gerry Thorpe, Ed Wexler, and C.A. Winter. 11. Let’s start with a very nice Sub-Mariner #1 9.0 OW/W. Prices for 9.0’s have ranged from $850 to $1100 over the past 6 months. Price: SOLD
  12. Going to list a handful of books tonight, and then a dozen or so more Friday. I'll be out of town on business during the week, so any books claimed & purchased will go out next weekend earliest... It will be an eclectic mix including SA & GA (keys, horror, cole, bats, etc...). Plan is all slabs, but who knows...I could deviate. 1.) First wins, period. 2.) Paypal, Checks, or Money Orders. I'll send PM's out after things appear to have stabilized with the thread, but if you want to square up sooner just let me know. 3.) Shipping is $15 regardless of how many you buy. Will be double-boxed USPS priority mail. Sorry friends, US shipping only unless negotiated otherwise. 4.) I will accept returns for any reason. The window for a return is one week from day received, at buyer’s expense. 5.) Nobody on naughty lists. I reserve the right to refuse business with anyone, for any reason. 6.) I have a kudos thread in my profile with nothing but positives. I can also provide my eBay handle via PM if desired (100% feedback).
  13. IMO, and apparently others as well, combination of annual cycle, new taxes, and a movie lull. And as others have also stated, it's not everything...just certain material. Sheesh, I'm just repeating everyone else, but it is original thought.
  14. And let's not forget, there were TWO people willing to pay (approximately) that much (underbidder). I seriously doubt someone shilling would have driven it up that high either...
  15. I can't imagine comics being a thing in Capri. Crazy...I was there about a year ago for work and the thought never crossed my mind...
  16. Please, for the love of...no freaking zombies though.
  17. Love the Ekgren covers...especially weird horrors 7.
  18. Fascinating. Never considered that the deaf community would consider implants infringing on their culture...
