  1. Fair warning to anyone using gpa. That $4100 8.0 was a red label with extremely severe, but pressable, defects...and otherwise nm+ potential. View that as an outlier...
  2. If I see “near perfect”, I go no further...
  3. I like colossus, storm, and nightcrawler a lot. Thunderbird and 2nd full (so really 3rd) appearance of Wolvie do little for me...but I acknowledge that’s a personal preference.
  4. Meh...I don’t think Wolverine is carrying the value for gsx1. At least, for me personally it doesn’t...
  5. So like FF48 spread to FF49, and then to FF50....and IH181 spread to 180. Is the GSX1 craze going to spread to X94?
  6. Now that's what I'm talking about! Monster improvements...
  7. Dang, this looks good...like really good, in a fun & light way. Weird seeing those two together again in a completely different context. Well, not entirely different...still two badarses saving the world/universe...
  8. Yup, had a non-payer on a 4-figure book recently. They stated they would, and did, give me positive feedback for my understanding... Gee thanks for extorting my silence politely....
  9. Fun write-up on FF Annual #1 from someone who also thinks it's undervalued: https://www.comicbookdaily.com/collecting-community/undervalued/undervalued-spotlight-438/
  10. Tell as much, or as little, as you're comfortable with... I'm curious on stories regarding the biggest jumps in grade from this exercise you've experienced....
  11. Yes, early bidders who probably realize they aren't actually going to win the book that jack it up drive me nuts....
  12. I swore I spent them but yes, got a notification that I have until 5/2. Thought I just short circuited...
  13. I don't disagree. GSX1 is a great book, and I don't think anyone is debating that...and it's certainly not the only one exploding. However, I've noticed the mid-grades for this book making particularly large jumps in "value" over the past month. We're talking 50% jump in 30 days folks...without new news driving it. BUT....GET IT WHILE YOU CAN FOLKS!! ONLY 8,000 COPIES, and counting, TO GO AROUND!!
