  1. FF48. See below PGM thread for supporting opinions. I agree with the kind folks that commented, it's 3.5/4.0, depending on what the CGC grader has for lunch that day. My ask is $825 shipped.
  2. Terms: Paypal, only No offers, so by default first gets it. Free priority shipping I will not do business with anybody on the probation, hall of shame, or my blocked list. Returns allowed for any reason, but shipping on buyer's dime.
  3. Very happy for you. Smile says it all, and very cool OA.
  4. @TwoPiece, @obiedagod, @oldrover, @Gnasher, @davet75 Book is in guys. Uploading more pics below.
  5. I admire your honesty, but at the same time you’re openly defending a movie’s performance partly due to your financial investment in its corresponding comic books...which should be irrelevant if your goal is non-bias subjectivity.
  6. Never seen someone actually admit to this before...
  7. Thanks, saw that...I don't mind beat up, but that bottom left corner is no Bueno for me. The other one didn't necessarily fall through either, but it had a lot of tape on it, plus glue. Holding out for a beat up copy that doesn't violate my already low standards.
  8. My lead for a #3 fell through btw... The hunt continues...
  9. I don't disagree with y'all, but...it's a combination of me playing devil's advocate and tempering my expectations. I WANT to believe they're going to jump right in, but...we're all just making assumptions.
  10. Plus "knowing about" and "closing" are two different things... Big studios, big money, big contracts, big lawyers...taking a property that isn't yours (yet) and making content, with the promise to not air it unless a pending acquisition goes through, still requires a tremendous amount of side-negotiations...potentially muddying the on-going negotiations...etc... Do these studios make side-deals? Sure, we've seen the fruits of them... Is it a slam dunk? Heck no... Do fans want Disney/Marvel to take a victory lap with their new/reacquired properties ASAP? Yes... Are all signs pointing to Disney/Marvel taking their time with the decade(s) of material they just landed? Yes... Do their inner geeks want to start pumping out their beloved stories ASAP? You bet... Does it make business-sense to be patient, approach it methodically, and play the long game? Most def... In the long-run, what's the rush? They're making money off their current plan, already invested a lot in their next plan, and they just secured IP to keep that gravy train running for generations to come...I don't think they're overly concerned about ringing the cash register immediately post-acquisition... But who knows...maybe they're all lying. Although, I remember reading a quote from Feige years ago where he said he's never lied to fans....
  11. Joe Russo: "It would not have been," Avengers: Endgame co-director Joe Russo told ComicBook.com when asked if it would have been possible to shoot something involving the characters. "That deal didn't actually officially close until a week and a half ago. It would not have been logistically possible." Anthony Russo: "We will get there" Joe Russo: "We'll get to Secret Wars one day" Kevin Feige: "As we've been doing for years, we aren't going to announce anything post Avengers: Endgame or Spider-Man [Far From Home] until post Endgame and Spider-Man," Feige told ComicBook.com at a press event for Captain Marvel. "As you know as a fan, there's a tremendous amount of potential and a tremendous amount of additional characters and storylines and groups of characters that we're going to keep playing with. And again, that's a testament to Marvel and to the amount of storylines and characters and amazing, amazing runs that have been in the Marvel comics." https://comicbook.com/marvel/2019/04/09/avengers-endgame-fox-xmen-fantastic-four-cast/
  12. If you have a basic store, which only costs $30ish/month, the fees are capped at $250. PayPal takes their 3% still... If you’re going to sell a big book on eBay, get a darn store, even if it’s temporary. You can do month to month and cancel/reinstate at your convenience. I learned this the hard way...it only took once for me to get smart.
  13. The eyeball at the top of the text dialogue creates spoiler tags.
  14. Generally speaking (not IH181), do the higher grades pull lower grades up? Or lower grades push higher grades up? In my experience it’s both, and situational...but curious if others have noticed a consistent pattern...?
  15. I’m going to assume you’re quoting me out of context to limit everyones exposure to the spoiler.
  16. 5.5, and I debated if it was 5.0. Pin-up intact?
  17. I have a feeling this is going to seem like a deal in the near future. GLWTS
  18. Pretty stoked about the wrap. Never owned a copy where the M is fully visible.
