  1. Deathlok is my favorite series from the 1970s. Original series ran in Astonishing Tales #25 through #28; and then from #30 to #36. The storyline was continued into Marvel Spotlight #33 and then on into Marvel Two in One #26 (cameo) and #27. There some additional appearances, but that's the bulk of them. Paul~
  2. How does ComicLink decide what books go into this round? It seems to me that it would be bring more money to seller's books if they all closed together. Is it a volume issue? Just too many books to run through at one time? Paul~
  3. I had a similar experience. Auction closed on the 23rd, I paid on the 24th and had the book on 27th via FedEx. Quickest service ever for me. Paul~
  4. Picked this up last night off of Comic Link. Looking forward to seeing it when it arrives. Paul~
  5. Wes was fantastic to work with. Books arrived in bullet-proof packaging and exactly as described/pictured. Looking forward to buying more on the next go around. Paul~
  6. I was living in Izmir, Turkey as a kid when I saw this one on the stands. Still one of my all time favorites by Aparo. Paul~
  7. Nice. Thanks for sharing. Paul~
  8. Deathlok is one of, if not my favorite, of the 1970s comic books that came out during my "golden age" when I was twelve. I met Rich in 1996 at Heroes Convention in Charlotte. If I recall he was by himself and had time to chat with me. He signed my Astonishing Tales original art page (#33, page #30) and wished each other well. I had hoped to see him sometime again, but never had the chance. Rest well Rich. Paul~

  10. I'm thinking about going myself and buying the three day pass even though I'll only be there two days. You mentioned swag. Do they give out goodies to three day pass holders other than the price discount? Thanks, Paul~
  11. This a true testament to how hard work and patience pays off. Great accomplishment. Thanks for sharing. Paul~
  12. Thanks for the info. I understand now. Basically you use just use one thread like a bucket and then within your thread/bucket you can post as much or as little as you want. Much appreciated. Paul~
  13. ...I need help condensing my listings. I understand I can't post multiple posts like I have, but I'm not smart enough to figure out how to either delete or condense the listings. Please help. Thanks, Paul~
  14. Thanks. I didn't know. Unfortunately I'm not smart enough to figure out how to do that. Any help? Paul~
  15. Many thanks. Finished it last summer. Bored and stroked the numbers matching 400 to 463 for a bit more get up and go.
  16. ...Deathlok in the 1970s (Astonishing Tales, Marvel Spotlight, Marvel Two In One ..Amazing Adventures #39, #37, #36, #35, #34, #32, #31, 28, #27, #25 This is my first sales thread on the boards so be gentle with me. Here are the rules: 1.in the thread trumps any PM negotiations, but feel free to PM me. I'm on the computer most of the day and can usually answer questions quickly. 2. I take paypal only at this time. 3. All raw comics will be shipped boxed, bubblewrapped, with packing peanuts to make sure they arrive alive via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on your location. Shipping is a flat $4.95 regardless of the number of raw books you buy. For example, you buy 3 raws, it's still only $4.95. You buy 5 raws, still $4.95. 4. I will only ship in the USA. No international shipping at this time. 5. I have an unconditional 14 day return policy. If you don't like it or you just change your mind, I'll take it back no questions asked, but you will have to pay return shipping. 6. No one on the HOS or probation list 7. I don't have a decent scanner at this point so I've tried my best with still photos (I know, spend some money and buy a real scanner I can hear you saying). If you want something really close in or tight, let me know and I'll do my best with photographs. My kudos thread (Humble as it is): My eBay account. I've been a member since 2000 with 100% positive feedback on 661 items, so my aim is to please. http://www.ebay.com/itm/182542198809?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 Now onto the books. To make it easy, all raw comics are $4.99 each plus the shipping charges as outlined above. I've had these since I bought them off the rack (has it really been 40 years?) To be on the safe side, consider them VF, but some will be better than that. Notes: In Astonishing Tales #33, Rich Buckler has signed page #30 (collected by me at Heroes Con in 1996), Marvel Two In One signed on the cover by George Perez in gold ink (collected by me at Heroes Con) and Captain America #286 inscribed "To Paul, John Beatty" (collected by me at Heroes Con).
