    I appreciate your thoughts! I would take a 4.5 as it is. The previous owner “squeezed” this book into the mylar and That may have caused the creasing. The corner hurts, for sure, but it does have some decent attributes. Thank you.

    Thanks for your input. Much appreciated. I had CGC grade #1 a couple years ago and The iconic MM issue graded at 5.0 due to a color breaking crease on the cover. I suspect this will grade a few notches higher but I understand your point regarding consistency. I will report back in a couple months

    That sounds like a solid investment. Would you agree on the prospects of a positive ROI on cleani/press? Are they still allowing walk-in evaluations and drop offs in Sarasota?
