Finally got my January books the week of February 20th. Overnight shipping from Northern Indiana -- went to Cleveland, then Pittsburgh, then, Cincinnati, then here to Indianapolis. 10-day journey.

No shipment this month ... no movement on order status, and no communication about delays at all. Typically monthly pre-orders arrive by the Friday of the last week of the month , so we are now about a week late. First time this has happened since I've been pre-ordering through them beginning in 2017. Anyone received any notification about delays from DCBS?

I ordered from mattsbaseball.com in early January ... had bags/boards in about three days. Not BCW or Mylars, but good enough to hold me over until the supply chains catch back up in other places.

First off, my business with Midtown is about 1/5th of what it used to be due to quality issues and significant delays. Getting books 2+ weeks after release date (which has happened numerous times in the last 12 months after never happening in my first 4 years with them) is beyond ridiculous. Having said that, when I had major damage issues with the Action Comics 1000 Lee Variant, they immediately took care of the issue, and it was 100% e-mail communication. I was required to take and submit pics of the books and packaging. They paid for the return and refunded me immediately once their "review" was complete in 24 hours.

I just cannot believe what Die #1 is doing, especially the Virgin Variants. Love the story and figured it was definitely a good long-term hold, but never saw this blowing up so quickly.
