  1. Quantum was the low point of Craigs run. Skyfall was great and SPECTRE had its moments. While I’ve seen hate for SPECTRE here, I believe the opening sequence is one of the best ever for a Bond intro. And No Time to Die is a must-watch.
  2. I’ve heard of Voltron but never watched. I remember watching Grandizer and Gaiking.
  3. Not sure why I didn’t enjoy the first one as much as the second. I loved the lower budget aspect of it as it requires more from the story/actors. I mean I still bought both of them.
  4. I disagree with Coppola. Deadpool was just ok. Deadpool 2 was amazing.
  5. …aaaaand Dawg wins the internet. You lose Bosco. You have lost to a master debater.
  6. So WB put out the budget for the movie. Then other sites published it. So you read something on the internet and believed it to be true?
  7. It’s ok, you just believe whatever figures you are fed. They must be accurate. Are you available to do my taxes?
  8. Unless Jaydog is an accountant at WB I think its safe to say he’s just regurgitating something he once read which he thinks is still the standard today. Its all rainbows and sunshine in the worlds economy now so of course WB’s plan was to splurge on this Batman movie to break even. Because they love the fans and don’t care about their bottom line.
  9. There is huge difference in colors with all new digital hand painting over the original lines. A far superior remaster. Also, they went back and rescanned the original inked art for a higher resolution to work with on the coloring. You should consider the collected editions. Not those expensive hardbacks but the Maxxed Out paperback. Also, here’s an article with some more details. I believe Sam shifted the order of some storylines around. https://www.cbr.com/behind-the-scenes-of-the-maxx-maxximized-with-sam-kieth/
  10. Between 600 Miles and Tigers are not afraid, she may be able to bring something original to the noir thriller.
  11. I saw a post about the Maxx #5 back cover that never was and it made me think of this one. Sam wrote that this was going to be the back cover of The Maxx #0. This is actually half of the original art board and the other half was eventually used and published as a cover.
  12. I love that #5 that never was as well. Here’s the back cover of The Maxx #0 that never was. Funny thing is that this is just half of the original art and the other half actually got published as a cover.
  13. This is an year old now but definitely deserves another look. It’s fascinating what these guys picked up on and how they were impressed by scenes which I glossed over. Like walking through a puddle of water.
  14. In the 90’s I was fanatical about finding chase cards. Anything rare, limited or special in some way. I remember being in awe of those Batman and Superman hologram cards and all those other gimmicky trends that are pretty cheesy today. I no longer collect them but still have a few rarities left including my Mr. Gone redemption card.
  15. I remember this one, it was a promo card for the first series in 93. Here is the back.
  16. I’ll have to finally watch No Way Home tonight on iTunes. Not that I’ve been avoiding it.
  17. It took me six minutes to realize she had a head.
