I had no idea Tom Holland has such an accent.

Ok fine.
Asking the question in that way implies I stated (or was implying) others were horrible.
It would have been clearer if you left off the last three words; i. e. just "Does that make them horrible?"
-
It means we have different opinions about something.
NOWHERE in that sentence I wrote does it imply that anybody that disagrees is a horrible person.
Which is what you claim is what I said.

I think if you go back to your statement...
No baiting applied or necessary. There will be those that see Spider-Man (2002) and Spider-Man 2 (2004) as the early indicators of what is possible, and with Venom and Into The Spider-Verse as more recent right-sizing. So some will see the positive, others will assume the negative.
Yeah....and where did I call anybody horrible???

Probably folks that see things different than those that don't. Does that make them horrible compared to you?
Please show me where I even hinted at anybody being horrible compared to me.
Baiting and inflaming much?
That's generally not your style. Others, yes.

That version of Thanos looked more like he should.

Amazing Spider-Man 153 "The Longest Hundred Yards"
Actually the first book I thought of when I read the title of the thread.

All that and really only one hero I care about. With only one hero who has multi-“re-skined” clones of himself I’m just not looking forward too it. One great hero among a lot of great villains that will go to waste. I’m almost certain in the long run Sony will screw this up and people will be burned out by Spider-Man. The great thing about the MCU is I don’t feel burned out by any of the characters.
Well said.
I have no idea how anybody can have any confidence in Sony with their track record with this character.

I could see him as Wolverine.
Moon Knight also.
MCU should get him. He's under rated IMO.

Of course it won't influence the novels. Because they'll never be written.
The -script certainly enforces the idea that the writers were truly in a rushed muddle.

I have received a couple of books shipped that way, and I think it's a terrible way to ship.
-
Egads, I had no idea there was no inner well on the new cases.
-
Hadn't thought of that.

I chose a few books to de-slab, and one of them happened to be in the newer case.
It seems sealed tight all around the perimeter, and I couldn't find a location to slip the blade in anywhere. There is an indentation on one side, but it was tight as well.
I've de-slabbed over a hundred of the older style cases, but this was the firs time I encountered the newer slab.
Any tips or tricks I'm not aware of?
Thanks for any advice.

I'm sure these movies will make money. but the MCU has been a disappointment for any of us with hopes of seeing filmed versions of our Silver/Bronze Age MU. The MCU is another version, like the Hulk TV series was a version. Not necessarily bad, but not the essence of the MU.
Not crazy about this director. Too irreverent, goes for humor too much, and from some of his responses above, comes across as arrogant.

Yup! I much prefer Eson's Kirby-faithful look to those spindly, busy designs in the SDCC poster. Hopefully they stick to the original designs in the movie
Hopefully.
Those in the poster look more like Sentinels than Celestials.

A talented actor.
Excellent in Soldier of Orange and Nighthawks as well.
Rest in Peace Rutger.

Is it right that 10 movies were announced by 2021?
Don't laugh; Is there a list of them with anticipated dates? I haven't seen a comprehensive one, just people talking about specific ones.

I could see doing Blood and Fire, but this is just not that interesting.
And finish the main books, George.

Yeah, nothing is more unexpected in an MCU movie than the humor.
Except snarkiness on the boards.

Finally saw this yesterday.
I thought it was very good. One of the better Marvel movies in fact.
Brie Larson was fine in the title role.
Samuel Jackson was great. The humor was unexpected and well played.
