Below are my terms and conditions:
1 ) First in post or PM wins (time stamp will be deciding factor)
2 ) No Hall of Shame members or members on probation
3 ) Prices are in USD; I will accept the Canadian Dollar equivalent at the current exchange rate.
4 ) I prefer PayPal for books valued under $1,000. Books of higher value, I will accept Interac e-Transfer (for Canadians), money order or check (Note: item won't ship until payment clears); I will not accept PP F&F.
5 ) No Returns on CGC graded books unless item damaged during shipping; books will be shipped double boxed. It may take a few days for me to get the item shipped out.
5-1) Returns accepted on raw books only if I miss something significant (i.e. significant defect isn't pictured or mentioned) - within 7 days of receiving item; buyer pays return shipping
6 ) I only ship to Canada & USA (lower 48 states); contact me otherwise.
7 ) Local Pick-up is available in Toronto (or GTA), Canada

Hey All, I'm grateful for any feedback you feel like giving.
Here's my CGC 3.0 of X-Men 1. I'm considering getting the book pressed, cleaned and then doing a re-sub.
Want to know if you think it's worth my while or not. I think the back cover got hammered, because the front looks pretty good. Even a .5 bump is a $600+ increase as per GPA
Clean copy, no marvel chipping, pieces missing, tape, writing, stamps, nice wrap, etc. However, there's a little bit of rust on the staples.
