Congrats! Seems sad to work so hard and then turn around tear it apart right away. Guess "the fun is in the chase" rings true for some while others prefer the collecting "hoarding" of there treasures. Either way an impressive accomplishment!

I'd say bargain for sure. No doubt if you put that on "the bay" you'd make some money. That said if you feel like you got a bargain and like the book then it's a win regardless of price. Congrats on a great book at a great price!

There are currently 12 copies of WWBN #32 graded 9.8 in the CGC census. Amazing spider man #129 there are currently 89 copies graded 9.8 by CGC. Incredible Hulk #181 there are 95 copies graded by CGC. I guess my thoughts on value first go to popularity and of course Punisher and Wolverine win this by a mile. But secondly is scaricity for me and WWBN #32 wins this race by a mile. Not to mention the difficulty of getting a 9.8 grade on black cover books vs most other covers makes it even harder to obtain in grade. I'm guessing if this issue continues to gain popularity there will of course be more high end copies surface but there seems to be a huge gap in availability at this point. Not trying to say Moon knight is or ever will be as popular as these other mega star characters but he does have all the "cool factors" going for him and a small but strong following already. This all said 15K for ANY comic is a huge chunk of change in my world and this book is not where i'd put that kind of money. But at the end of the day its all relative to your situation and to some 15K is not a big deal. If that's the case then I can see owning one of the 12 best copies in the world to date would be pretty cool!

Amazing how we almost always regret selling and hardly ever regret buying. At least that is my personal experience and I know as I get older the idea of selling is not even a passing thought anymore. Congrats again on getting another copy and a "keeper" at that!

Congrats on that 3.5! Every issue of Hulk #181 is a good one. Favorite cover in every grade.

Not a member of this club yet but I am loving the pic's of everyone else's books. Thanks for sharing and hope to someday be a member. This seems to be one of those books everyone wants and there will never be enough copies to satisfy the demand. Not to mention, who knows what happens, if marvel ever puts him in their movie/TV spotlight. Thanks again for sharing!

Just wanted to say thanks for all the great information provided in these forums. Seems I learn something new every time I read through these posts as I had no idea how to tell the difference between print runs and rarity between newsstand and direct and so on until reading all this. Thanks again for all the great information!

First time posting but have been reading and lurking for a few months now. Just getting back into collecting and decided this is the book I must own to re-start my collection. I hope to have my copy in hand later this week as I came to an agreed upon price for a cgc 8.5 last night. How many out there feel the 180 book is also a must have to go along with your 181? I can already tell i'm going to want a matching cgc 180 to go along with the 181 but it will have to wait for awhile as my "fun" money will need to be replenished now =)
