  1. Congrats buddy such a great Schomburg cover
  2. Tough, Tough book. Love the Cover. Right down my Monster Alley and I mean it sure is a looker for a 4.0 choppa!
  3. @FoggyNelson Agreed. This is a niche book at that Grade. I echo what @Randall Dowling said above and you should consider "cross pollinating" a bit with other Frazetta books up for auction to help draw further interest to the Creepy #15. There may be a very small amount of Creepy collectors caring to spend that type of cash on a 9.9 but there may be Hardcore Frazetta collectors willing to spread the cabbage for what is arguably one of the highest graded Frazetta Covers currently graded...
  4. Yep, quite difficult. The poster was loose and not affixed in any way. I remember not believing there was a poster until I finally found one with it.
  5. I think you will do better if you break them up...as difficult as that may be to do...
  6. @pemart1966 in your scenario you were in Canada yes when you observed the 40 cent variant on the stands? One thing through observation over the years (of what comes to market) I can confirm is that it is much more scarce in comparison to the 35 cent counterpart.
  7. I'm quite FLRED by some of these auction results. Seeing REAL STRONG prices for well graded high grade books right now. Some of these "seem nuts" but one thing they show is that it is un-common to come across strong grades for many of these books and when you have people who have been hunting for them finally find them; they are willing to pay for that sunken time. That MP #8 VF 8.5 for $261? WOW. Glad to see that Nightmare #20 VF get strong love at $142 (Byrne's first professional published work) Tales from the Zombie #4 @ 9.2 Raw for $100 is really solid too.
  8. @stippy52 I would definitely consider it uncommon->scarce. I've seen a few copies sell in the $100 range many many years ago. But that by no means is a good representation of it's value. It's a widely unknown book; so I think with the right audience and education it could bring good coin especially in Mid-HG+ - bounty
  9. Congrats! I remember gazing at this during the Comic Connect auction for Berk's books and just admiring it. Out of my league but what a book!
