Anyone else feel like eBay sales are starting to come to a halt than say 2 weeks ago? I’m worried the good days might be over soon

Really people are speculating on onslaught now too? Seriously I have 20 long boxes of oober awesomeness of 90’s comics if anyone wants them. I’m just asking $20k for them all

Insane. I had a few various grades and sold them a few years back. While the book is cool I remember a dude in Chicago who sold on eBay and sold a couple, got to talking to me and told me how he figured a way to make them himself. I called bull on it but he did send me a photo of close to 20 black error venoms he had almost all appearing similar to one another. He had a few graded ones too most of which were high grade. When I asked how he was able to produce the error effect without leaving a trace, he wouldn’t tell me, just told me a butt load of the ones in the market are probably ones he sold to unsuspecting buyers. So idk which are authentic or made by some dude anymore.

You could be right. I’m not saying I’m right it’s just what I feel will happen. Cover A to me is garbage and I have a few of it after buying Walmart packs. So for me, if cover a is the one to have I have a bunch. I like the frison cover B more and it actually pops color wise than the boring white border with greenish whatever that is on cover A

Yea for now but I think collectors and people speculating will eventually go to the frison variant more as less are probably printed than the regular cover and the art is a hell of a lot better. The regular cover is junk to me. I’d rather have the orange 2nd printing over the boring 1st cover

Personally I think the Jenny frison Fssw #1 is the way to go. The regular cover is blah to me and a butt load were found in Walmart packs. So I’m sure more of cover A exist than the frison variant

I think I have 10 copies mostly newsies in 9.6 to 9.8 condition. Onto eBay they go. Sell while you can.

Oh okay thanks. I was just wondering as Ben Reilly will always be my Spider-Man and I have a graded copy myself. Might be time to list it then at a high price and see if someone bites. I love the book but I’ll rebuy it when prices crash

Guess the Stephanie brown speculation will begin now. Over heard a bunch of collectors at my local comic shop talking about the rumor or news of her coming to the arrow verse. The question is it better to speculate on her batgirl appearance or 1st appearance as blue bird?

Honestly I don’t know. I just meant every dc movie so far has been garbage so if swampy makes it to the big screen, dc will find a way to screw it up like all their movies.

Well I didn’t buy a Conan 23 but grabbed a Conan 24. Hopefully 24 is the more important issue. I was waiting on some funds clearing at the bank and within hrs all the 23s are sold out at a reasonable price

Just wait till dc screws up a future adaptation of swamp thing and the value will plummet like all their other books.

You guys think in a few years the hulk 181 in cgc 8.0 and higher will come back down to around an 8.0 being about $8,000 and a 9.0 being about $9,000 or so you think the new prices will be the set benchmark for those grades?

This spec is getting out of hand. I’m debating of unloading all my comics now and rebuy them when the comic market goes splat
