It is a pretty book

Yea I could buy a 9.2 for $9600 or get the 8.0 for $4500

Just to purchase a 9.2 with the money it’s commanding right now, I could purchase both those books I posted pics of in here and still have $$ left over

I really wanted a 9.2 for my personal collection but they are now selling $9,000 or more

If you were me which one would you go with?

No I don’t know if any of them were pressed. If you did get a book cleaned is that considered restoration?

Which book the first one or the 2nd one I posted?

Thanks guys. Yea the P company has it graded at 8.5. So I was thinking on buying it and sending it to cgc to be regraded but I’d want a cgc 8.0 out of it at least

Sorry it’s a book I’m looking at but it’s graded by the P company so I didn’t want to break the rules and show a competitions name on here.

Curious to see what grade you think this book would get if sent to cgc.

Of course this gets hot when I’m saving for a copy. At this point do you think it’s even worth going for the variant as I do love that cover but it’s pretty pricey, or should I settle for a 2nd print white background in high grade? do the panini variants hold up well in terms of collectibility and value if for some reason in 10 years or so I decide to sell my comics. I don’t know how well the foreign variants hold up compared to their American counterparts

Yea that is a good point.....im not worried about fomo but worried if i dont get a copy now for my own collection, the prices will be too ridiculous for me to own one. I should of never waited to begin with but life, etc. I was thinking about grabbing a 3rd print 9.2 or better just to have 1

So my buddy knows someone with a tmnt 1 2nd print cgc 6.5 qith cream to off white pages. Hes asking $2200. Do you guys think thats a fair price and worth buying, or should i wait and hope a better 1 comes along? Im not one buy graded cream page to off white page comics, but idk if its a good deal to just have a copy of tmnt 1 in my possession.

Im pretty sure this same book was buy it now $3000 and went to $6400 after a recent 2nd print sold for $2000.

I might have to settle for a 4th print at this point
