  3. ArAich says..."right back at ya Sid"... ...and while I'm at it I know I have tons of kudos to express and for those of you that have dealt with me such as GACollectables for a sweet UG guide (just to name one)...I will get to it soon....
  4. Seperate the forums...that way WTB and FS will no longer be necessary... Methinks this is a good idea just because of it's elegance in simplicity...
  5. I've never seen anyone addressed with such formality as in this thread. I guess if you own the Church Action 1 people call you "Mr." You sound like an Anti-Dentite.... :::forgot these guys:::
  6. I didn't read any name calling? Neither did I. I am not talking about the tit for tat that some are doing above regarding specific transactions. This is an issue between Dave and Steve, which has been publicized, and thats fine. That was their choice. But give me a break, look at some of the comments that were made. Why in the world would Dave ever come back here? I wouldn't. Hopefully he will go to the GA Forum so adult conversation can occur regarding his collection and experiences. Buh-bye....
  7. Just in today...These books seem to be rather tough to find in this condition...
  8. Crikey...that's a nice Nick Fury #1!!!....whats your grade???...
  9. Thanks for the response Robert... BTW...how do you guys store these things...is there a special size mylar that I can buy???...
  10. Value is not that much of a concern since I wanted the book none-the-less...I'm sure it is fairly rare just for the fact of it's age...just good to hear other opinions on the book...
  11. Hey gang... I just recieved one of my most anticipated purchase of the year today...it's huge!!!...measures just over 11x16 and the pages are still very supple with awesome Outcault artwork...(I love this guy)... I do have one question that hopefully someone can answer...the publisher of this book is W. R. Chambers and the names "London and Edinburgh" are one the front page...I assume this means that the book was published in England...so what I'm wondering....is this book less rare and less valuable than the American version???...
  12. Wow...that's a toughie... I've always liked Bulletman especially when Bulletgirl is on the cover... ...but the All-American is a much more classic book and is more ingrained in comic book lore.... I think the All-American #16 would be my choice...albeit not an easy one....
  13. I haven't purchased anything from Heritage lately but I'm really pleased to have just won the following book...kinda tough to find in high grade...and it's a Crippen pedigree to boot with nice page color...
  14. The Elsie is cool. The other two should sit at the back of the short bus. Zip-Jet can ride up front with me...
  15. Hey...if ducks don't need pants then pussykatnip don't need pasties...
