Personally I do it when it really makes sense or where the book is designed for a sketch on the rear. But I think generally people don’t like it because the CGC grades and notes are on one side and the sig is one the other. This makes it sloppy to display. I wish CGC would give you the option for sig series to slab backwards. Here are a couple I have. The Meat Loaf was a no-brainer.

The back cover is beautiful. I would have been tempted to have her sign that instead.

I would guess the grade impacts value by at least 25%. There will be a large difference between 9.4 and 9.8 in most cases.

Just got in this bad boy with Wood added. I tried to get Elijah to do a quote also, but no luck. Also a bit disappointed it got downgraded from 9.6 (and even had it pressed). But I still love it. Probably my favorite movie of all time.
