  1. I'm waiting and hoping. I mean, you NEVER know. Well, I can find you an Identity Crisis RRP. It will cost you a bunch in Golden Age trade, though. I'm not going to screw you, but you can see what they're going for on eBay.
  2. They should do like Marvel, and re-number the series starting with #1. HE'S JOKING IAN. PLEASE TAKE THE KIDDING IN THE SPIRIT IN WHICH IT WAS MADE AND DON'T POST 50 TIMES!
  3. HI Darth some very cool stuff I have thought about doing this but figured it would take a lot more time than I had. Just one thing is their a Kid Colt #219 35 cent variant on the census I will have to check? Highest graded Kid Colt 219 35 cent variant is a 5.5.
  4. http://mysite.verizon.net/psmerolle/35variantlist.htm Even easier. If the book has a cover date of October, 1977 or before, and has a 35 cent price on it, YOU WIN.
  5. Motor City had 35 cent variants. A lot of them. And BOY were they expensive. They had a Scooby-Doo 1 8.5 and a bunch of others.
  6. San Antonio was a 30 cent test market, so good luck!
  7. I believe that another test market was in the Huntsville, AL area, so that would go to the Biloxi find. Pascagoula, MS has been mentioned as one as well. Welcome to the boards - btw, I've seen the list finecomics has. An AMAZING find of 35 centers.
  8. A dress? No. Smart little pantsuit number, maybe. Skirt and top, maybe. But never a full dress.
  9. Ah! The 'No Number" variant. Pretty cool book, like the Marvel Dennis the Menace books that have a DC slug on them.
  10. Does NOBODY understand pop culture references?
  11. #1 - The first rule of Price Variant Club is, you do not talk about Price Variant Club. #2 - The second rule of Price Variant Club is, you DO NOT talk about Price Variant Club. #3 - If someone says that's one of the last five I need and pleads, you let him have it. #4 - Nobody ends auctions early. #5 - No flaming other members of Price Variant Club because they got the Ringo Kid 28 and you didn't. #6 - Do not alert members of Price Variant Club for hidden variants. Let them find their own damn variants. #7 - 35 cent variant collectors are insane. #8 - If you found a variant through Price Variant Club, you have to find another one.
  12. Kudos to Dr. Banner - some very nice well graded FFs!
  13. most of my modding duties over on CPG are spent babysitting bugaboo, man that is a task in itself. More Bugaboo for me! Don't know who this Bug guy is, but it looks like his only crime was being Right. I mean look at the individuals that don't like him. No, my problem with Bug is that he is a lying welcher (he owes me $50 on a bet and, since he's a lying scumbag, won't pay), has a myriad of shills and has been banned from the board NINE TIMES. Besides that, he's a peach of a guy.
  14. Ian got his custom title from Lighthouse. We were all making names for Ian based on movies, and "The English Impatient" was fabulous. 'dogg's custom title came from him being a scam buster. Darth had his before I came onto the board. I have asked Arch to give Joanna "Forum Den Mother" more than once. I don't think there's any [!@#%^&^] kissing going on. There is a horrible liberal conspiracy going, of course, since that appears to be Marvelous/MMMmarvel/Bug's theory for everything, but we knew that.
  15. Backing boards, supplies, and the ever popular gravity.
  16. FlyingDonut has been CONSPICUOUSLY absent of late. Off saving the world, or something.
  17. Also, what about Triumph Magazine (is that the right name?) the DC reprints in England?
