    Been buying books from a guy locally for 4-5 years. About 6 months ago he contacted me that he was ready to move the last/best of his Bat books. I had to sell off some big books but was worth it IMO. He worked at a shop in Montreal back in the day.

    I wouldn't bother having them graded. Graded pages have become a thing for SUPER keys - Detective 27, Action 1, etc. If the 181 page is the MVS page you can sell it raw for half decent coin.

    Doubt it was OO off the shelf with the .15 cent sticker. Did you measure or put it on top of another book? Looks to me like the top is a lot narrower than the bottom.....
