  1. I was about to post the same question, but I found your post before doing it. Same happened to me, when I try to "open a case for unpaid item", I can just cancel the order, and there is not option to choose "because buyer did not pay"; only options are: 1) Buyer asked to cancel 2) Problem with buyer delivery address 3) Item out of stock or damaged Another ridiculous move of eBay to protect timewasters and scammers.
  2. That's because online marketplace are a joke. I sometimes buy in auction houses in England, such as Bonhams, Sothebys or independent ones; when a bidder registers for an auction he is obligated to sign a contract which legally binds him, in case of being the successful bidder, to pay for the lot or to accept of being persecuted. If willing to bid for an item with high estimate, a non refundable deposit, (again, in case of being the successful bidder, otherwise it is refundable), is required. I am afraid that summer will be a long, sunny joke, being the pastime of whoever cannot afford a holiday trip, or a comic book...
  3. Just to start the week in a good mood, I got 2 more unpaid items back to back in 2 working days, from 2 new different timewasters! I honestly hope that the only reason why they don't pay or answer message is because they are dead; I wouldn't honestly give a :censored:! They are both UK based, but if you ship abroad, they may affect you too. Username: ahfar_44 That's astonishing! The guy has over 400 feedback, and I went through the first 10 pages of them, all genuinely positive, no complaints. He sent a low offer last week, which I have declined, but sent a reasonable one on Sunday, that I have accepted; today is Tuesday, no payment, no answer to my message. For me is more than enough to block him. Username: wee-1510 Bid at auction and won, of course. Did not pay, did not answer messages. He has a bunch of complaint among his "100% positive feedbacks", I should have checked while he was still bidding and block him. Blocked now.
  4. Buyers do often the same, my Dear Friend, but they pay no consequences. The problem is that eBay policy is "if a seller deletes his account, another seller will replace him, but if a buyer deletes the account and moves to independent website / Amazon, we lose money, therefore fuc* the sellers!". Also, as far as I can remember, there was the possibility to appeal against unfair feedback, so I am not willing to accuse sellers, honestly.
  5. This buyer was the successful bidder on 3 auctions ending the very same day, but never paid and never answered my messages; also, it was unusual that at the end of the auctions his delivery address was in Australia, and the item were supposed to be shipped by the eBay GSP, but after a couple of days his address was in the United Kingdom. Anyway, I have blocked him: i19802013
  6. That's true, but unfortunately the feedback balance of the buyer will not show any negative feedback. Developers behind eBay know well that a lot of users are a bunch of useless timewasters, that's why we are not allow to leave negative feedbacks.
  7. Last chance to get the book at 20% OFF. I'll close the thread on Monday the 13th of June. Cheers.

  9. Ladies and Gentlemen, another imbecile who likes to send offers for CGC books he is not willing to pay for: matwiar-0 Thanks for reading.
  10. Hello everyone This is not a scammer, but a useless, annoying time waster who only sends ridiculously low offers for expensive slabs, (kind of less than 50% price). I suggest to block him, as your convenience. musasa82
  11. Hello everyone, despite having 25 100% positive feedback as a buyer, the gentleman sent an offer for a copy of Spawn #300 and never paid for it; anyway he sent a nice message saying that he cannot pay for the item and he wanted to cancel the order... My question was: "why did you send an offer, then?"! His response was just like his payment, it never came! user id: atc1972 Cheers.
  12. Hello everyone! I suggest to block: aalbert00 The guy is based in Spain, be he also uses a US delivery address, (Shipito). Sent me an offer of $5250 for Avengers #1 (1963) CGC 5.5 I have accepted it. He did not pay, claiming that he was not able to checkout with his residential address in Spain; (I use the eBay Global Shipping Program). After that, he proposed me to send the item via DHL with a false custom declaration of $50. I wonder why he was able to easily checkout in this way, but unable to pay with the Global Shipping Program, which I am sure to be active and fully functional, because I have sold a couple of slabs this same week toward other European destination.
  13. Yeah, let's help Jerry! To be honest I find the excuse of the little daughter quite common... Maybe there is a "certain comic book wanna be collectors chat board" where those people shares excuses to use when they buy from us!
  14. Hello everyone, let's start the weekend adding another time waster to our block lists. Being based in the UK and shipping worldwide by the eBay GSP, I realise that I often meet some international useless cun*s! Today we have jeanmandri-puexm5 from France. - Sent an offer of £370 for a Daredevil #600 1:500 Remastered Variant. - I have accepted the offer. - He said "I made a mistake" - Never paid for it
  15. Is that the right thread to provide useless eBay users ID? If it is, got a brand new time waster from the UK: nieluk2013 - sent an offer for a slab priced £125 - offer accepted - he messaged me asking if I was available to wait a couple of days, until his supposed to be "pay day at work", to receive the payment - I did wait, but he did not pay. - case for unpaid item opened - buyer sent another message saying that he was not able to pay - case for unpaid item closed - buyer blocked - buyer reported to the CGC Chat Board Gentlemen
  16. The thread is now closed, but most of the books are unsold, feel free to PM me if interested. Thanks.
