  1. WOW! Congratulations! mrreality, are you on this board? (too much away from my budget) check it at https://www.ebay.com/usr/mrreality/
  2. Does anybody know a little more about "postcards and prints that Spain did in the late 70’s/early 80’s at Galería de la Raza. The Galería was one of the first publicly accessible locations in San Francisco to have a color xerox machine and artists such as Spain produced all sorts of amazing prints with it. As with his comic work, a lot of the prints Spain produced were closely tied to the Mission and its then-thriving lowrider scene" (from https://rioyanez.com/2013/03/16/the-mission-district-art-of-spain-rodriguez/) ?
  3. If you happen to have a spare copy of this EVO issue, let me know.

  5. This is said to be by Tom Veitch (see at https://www.ebay.com/itm/255635312223). It seems to me a very nice piece of work. I am trying to know a little more about Tom Veitch, and he emerges as a prominent artist, doesn't he?

  8. Have you checked ebay? If you check item by item, you may get a fair idea of what is NOT considered rare. For items you see with higher $$$, you need to be more careful, values on ebay most often are upper bounds on usual market value. If you happen to have any rare book, sign in into https://www.ha.com/ and check past auctions winning bids. Share some scans. Take care.
  9. Hi I am looking at https://www.ebay.com/itm/185526235856?hash=item2b3239b2d0:g:2xMAAOSwAixi7GJK would you consider US $3,445.00 a fair market price?
  10. Hi CGC Mike, was it a post of mine? It seems it was the post of mine about The Life and Loves of Cleopatra, by Harry Driggs. Although I find the censorship for a such kind of historical item quite anachronistic, it is fine to me, if you have a policy about nudity (or whatever). I regret that you don't let me know about the possible issue by a private message, and did not suggest a way to emend my post. Clearly, I am not interested to promote pornography (or whatever) on this board (neither elsewhere, as a matter of fact), but to comment and look for comments about a collectible item, as that book by Diggs certainly is. You could have easily advised me on how to reword my post as to fall within your/cgccomics guidelines. As far as I am able to look for, the post is not just hidden to the pubblic, but gone, isn't it? I do consider this as an unfortunate incident. SIncererly m.
  11. I was not aware of a ¢49 edition. How rare is it? a fair market price? Thanks M.
  12. I see a collections of scans of the covers at https://comicbookrealm.com/series/66141/527385/: Issue #1, #2, #4, #5, plus Intermission (?) and Ten years later (?), and a Special (whose all copies were stolen). ComixJoint has The best of Cosmic Circus too, see at https://comixjoint.com/cosmiccircus.html Your comments and/or corrections are welcome.
  13. I see there are many on sale from USA, GB and EU https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=illustrated+checklist+underground+comix&_sacat=0
  14. The oldest, nice work. (a scan from ebay, not my copy)
  15. Yes. Are you positive it is by Deitch. Unpublished?
  16. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Original-Underground-Comix-Art-titled-Ready-Willing-and-Able/274863436345 comment? Morris "Horns" Lavoris is for?
  17. http://www.sci.fi/~karielk/jymy.htm Jymy magazine, published in 1973-75, presented Finnish readers with the best American underground comics, such as the works of Robert Crumb and Gilbert Shelton. Huuli, Jymy's successor, endured for more than a year, appearing in 1976-77.
  18. Is https://www.ugcomix.info/ gone? do you happen to know/remember who was in charge?
  19. Good. I am saving the book within an envelope now :-) :-) :-)
  20. I would like if those could be plausible market values, but I doubt. I got a copy for a few bucks not too many years ago. Let's see if anybody bids. (check https://www.ebay.com/itm/324674360538?hash=item4b981994da:g:raUAAOSwTslgxRxJ too)
