It was ok for a new character. Not great. Mosaic is the last new marvel character i read and imo venom was less exciting but more coherent with storyline.

From what I understand the polybagging was a mistake that they didn't want.

Yes i believe they wanted the books regular bagged and boreded. they got polybagged, live and learn i guess. im sure moving forward they will adjust to whats best. Just wish the trial and error was not on such a great dell otto cover.

Surely may be some issues with those who listed nm+. I guess each case will play out differently. I wonder how many people will still take the chance, a 9.8(pressable or otherwise) could really pay off. Imagine 500 print run with 250+ damaged(not saying that many are damaged). Would make this one super rare in 9.8

I personally think those who purchased and pre sold the virgin variants will still make a profit even with the damage just not as much.

I have and i like this take on venom. Maybe now he can finally be the feared villian he once was. Im sick of anti heroes, we have enough. With all the civil wars and b.s. its hard to find any solid heroes or villians in marvel books.

This book is amazing i hope the inside(story) can match the outside in quility.

So the $76 price on the website gets you all 3 covers? How can he still be selling it when the 'secret variant' only has 500 copies..I can bet he has already sold more than 500 sets.

It has been sold out since hours after release.

The regular cover is amazing so im sure the secret will be a mega hit.

I just had 5 books shipped paid for bags and boards 2 of them were so badly damaged i worte a email and took pictures just in case but i got a quick response and they rush delivered replacement and refund for the other since they said the last copy they had in stock was damaged and they let me keep the orginal dinged copies so not to happy with the mailer but the costumer service was A+ and kept me satisfied

Agreed i have only been buying and reading for pc....guess i might want switch them from the reading to the potential grading box sooner then later

my stores only let me take 1 copy of anything...they think it's akin to stealing if you try and buy more than one of a 1 copy.
