  1. I wouldn't say it's lack of love, but more lack of knowledge. I have never read a Conan comic. Did half the forum just gasp??
  2. So I finally acquired a few off the list. I got a low grade copy of Uncanny X-Men Annual 14. Gambit Cameo. Also got a high grade copy of ASM 361 for just $27! Score!
  3. Sooo.......yeah... I think God Country #1 is heating up a little! Cover price to $15-$18 overnight.
  4. I'm getting the whole Dell'Otto run on Venom! Love his covers!
  5. I just read my copy. I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next issue. This just might make my pull list.
  6. I found the 3 set for $150 for the reg issue, then the 1:200 and 1:500. Is that the best price I'm going to find?
  7. After reading this I feel like I should be.
  8. via Imgflip Meme Generator ASM 252 is the first appearance of the black costume. Weeks later, the costume appeared in Spectacular Spider-Man and Marvel Team-Up. Months later - actually after Spidey discovered the truth and got rid of the symbiote - the story of how he got the costume was told in MSHSW 8. Venom('s arm) first appeared in shadows, messing with Peter/Spider-Man, in Web of Spider-Man 18 and 24. Eddie Brock's completely shadowed body (1 panel), mostly shadowed face (1 panel) and bare hands (being covered by the symbiote over 3 panels) first appeared at the end of ASM 298. ASM 300 is Venom's first full appearance. So would ASM 252, 298,299, 300 - First Venom Cameos/Eddie Brock/ Full Venom be correct?
  9. Is there an actual appearance of the One-Above-All in that book, or is he just referenced. Wiki says that book is his first appearance but CBC slabs aren't showing it.
  10. Phew! I cringed when I first read this thread.
  11. I just looked at an ebay auction with a slabbed sensational spider man 40. I was disappointed I didn't see "First Appearance of either "God" or "OneAboveAll." I think it'd be pretty funny to have a slabbed copy of the first appearance of "God"
  12. Also on Marvel Wiki http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Sensational_Spider-Man_Vol_2_40 Mentions God's First appearance.
  13. So going off of Marvel Wiki the OneAboveAll God Of the MultiVerse http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/One-Above-All_(Multiverse) First Appearance Doctor Strange Vol 2 #13 (April, 1976) (Mentioned) Sensational Spider-Man Vol 2 #40 (October, 2007) (First Full Appearance)
  14. This makes sense. I made the thread originally with keys in mind, and everything on that list right now are holy grails to me. I'll edit the name to reflect the direction this thread is heading. Again, I'm a little noobish still. Have been collecting mostly moderns in the last 2+ years, and I'm ready to start on some key collecting. Alot of this information is currently in print in the annual OPG in list form. Also GSXM #1 and X-men #94 could go on your list. Off the top of my head the list you have compiled would go for around 5 million $ right now. Like I said, life long list. Probably won't ever complete it. But I'll pluck at it a little bit. Hopefully I have a few decades left in me.

  16. I think you want ASM 361 instead. I think you're right, typo. Thanks.
  17. So there is no information in the marvel encyclopedia for One Above All.
  18. Like I said... I will not own probably a fraction of this list. It's a pipe dream, but i will be able to pluck away at it. I don't plan on ever coming nearing completion of the list. But I'll spend the rest of my life trying to get as close as I can! First villains too? Absolutely. Mainly notable villains, not the ones that where one and done, but yes villains as well.

  20. No, i just have to be prepared in case I do.
  21. I think we're waiting for CBT to get his hands on a handbook. I also have the Marvel Encyclopedia at home. So I'll check that out as well in about an hour when I get home.
