    This KRS Variant of Mr. and Mrs. X #1 was really hard to find in a nice enough condition to grade. I really wanted one to pair a copy with this wonderful preliminary cover sketch by Mike Mayhew.

    Normally, I try not to buy many modern releases, but I do love remarks on books. This Virgin cover signed and sketched by Warren Louw was too fun to pass on.

    Well I am a big fan of Johnny's work.. which is still very affordable and with a nice edge to it. Here a a few of my/his 2019 covers.

    Johnny Desjardins. Harley remark on the front and Joker sketch on the back. I don't think Johnny will do this type of sketch again since the back cover was so hard to work on.

    I don't mind Green labels (over the other's Red) although I certainly prefer Blues and Yellows. I appreciate the fact that CGC will only Yellow label "witnessed" signatures. My one hope is that CGC will list their green labels with a slight difference.... if the signature is obvious, please write "'Stan Lee' on cover in marker" instead of "Name listed on cover in marker"
