They do love 9.6s lately.
I've noticed the same thing.... Now, if only they would love it like that with my 9.2s and 9.4s..

Ok, it works when I click the envelope. I get the message when I click the view your latest notifications and messages link under the Welcome the CGC Chat Boards banner.
-
I seem to be signed in to both CGC site and Message Board, but when I try to access messages, I get IPS Themes Demo Board with a sorry guest, but your password is incorrect.

Thank you to all!!! azcards4ever, I hope you like them as much as I do.

One hour remaining! Thank you to everyone who looked and bid and commented.

If anyone really wants one specific copy and wants me to forward the information to the eventual buyer, please let me know. I will pass the information along.

I wish that I didn't sell that NM TOS 39 for $120 in 1982.

The month that the Avengers 196 came out was the month I graduated from High School. I had the entire summer to hang out before college. I had a part-time job, but was able to spend time at Queen City Comics here in Buffalo. Emil is still running the place all of these years later. That was a fun summer of grabbing the best copies that I could find in all of the piles of new editions.

This one also came back from CGC via Joey (I love the Newsstand copies):
-
Thank you. Joey did some amazing work on three of those!!
And thank you to Rich Henn for the Sienkiewicz and Moench signings!

Here are the back covers of the Hulk 5 and Fantastic Four 11 Treasury Editions for those interested in seeing them:
-
Note the kid with the wheelbarrow and a pile of comics with Action #1 on top.

Thank you for noticing this. We will then have to have an earlier closing time. Since I don't want to interfere with anyone's Super Bowl plans, the Auction will end tomorrow at 3 pm EST. I will update the title and initial posts.

Ron
Can you assign a grade to them.
Warren,
That is tough. I would say most are VF-NM (Some NM+). Some have their defects (that I have tried to highlight), others are just copies that have been held aside for 40+ years (these ones I have never opened except to check a publication date). I'm sure there are better copies, but these are pretty nice.

Moon Knight #1 SS Bill Sienkiewicz and Doug Moench

Beautiful copies.
Thank you. I have had them for 40+ years and now it's time to pass them along. I had forgotten how amazing the back covers are. The backboards block the primary colors and incredible classic figures. This thread is different for me .... I want people to look, not necessarily buy.

Moved to the Gold/Silver/Bronze Sales thread:

Bradd was a great buyer. Prompt payment and very easy to communicate with. I would buy or sell without any worries.

That is it for now. Any questions, please let me know. If nothing else, this has given me the opportunity to look at some of the amazing back covers that we tend to forget about.

Most of my collection is Bronze aged, so I usually don't get to hang out with you guys.
This just came back today from CGC. I've had it since the early 70's and I just wanted to share it. I think it is one of my favorite covers.
