  2. Hello, I have a sale going on with some of my nicer "for sale" items on CAF. Let me know if you see something you like. https://www.comicartfans.com/galleryroom.asp?gsub=196528 Thanks
  3. Hello, Checking to see if anyone knows how to reach out to Yanick Paquette. I don't think he has an art rep, but maybe he does. Just trying to inquire about some pages he has for sale. He has some listed on CAF, but I see he has not uploaded anything new in almost 4 years, so not sure if he checks that. If you have a way to message him or a rep, feel free to reply here, or PM me. Thanks,
  4. Hello, Just letting folks know I have a CGC 9.8 copy of Star Wars #68 up for auction on eBay. This is the first appearance of the Mandalorians. This book will only get hotter. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Star-Wars-68-CGC-9-8-White-Pages-Mandalorian-First-Appearance-Mandalorians/114528651197?hash=item1aaa7087bd:g:0rUAAOSw8Stftnuw Thanks!
  5. Oh wow! Thanks for letting me know! Those are very nice. IF you ever decide to sell, please reach out.
  6. Hello, I am looking for a page from the weekly DC comics series "52". This page is from the final issue #52. If you own this, or know who owns it please let me know. Would even want to know if it was not available so I can stop looking for it : )
  7. Well, I hope that's not the case. It would be a real shame if some turd that co-wrote the Justice League Europe issues stained the entire story arc that was the finale for Giffen and DeMatteis' Justice League
  8. Just noticed that the Justice League International Omnibus Volume 2 that comes out later this year, covers up through Justice League America 50, and Justice League Europe 25. Except for 5 or so issues, the remainder of the Giffen/DeMatteis run is the Breakdowns storlyine. This means that we are left with 22 or so issues to finish their total arc, which is not enough content for an omnibus volume 3. Wondering if they are going to finally reprint Breakdowns after the second omnibus at some point. Or maybe they will add the retroactive storyline, The I can't believe it's not the Justice League, Formerly Known as the Justice League, and maybe even the Generation Lost to have a full third omnibus? Anyone seen anything on this for the plan to reprint the last issues after the 2nd omnibus?
  9. Hello, Looking for a few pages from the DC Universe Rebirth #1 issue. If you happen to have one of these you would sell, please dm me.
  10. Would love to be able to find buy the original art for this house ad. Heck, I would even love to be able to just see the original art for this. Anyone ever seen it around?
  11. Possibly because of the nostalgia of being a young boy at the time, but Superman comics from the mid to late eighties have always been a high water mark of Superman comics to me. Byrne, Ordway, Grummett, Gammill, McLeod, are all giants in my mind. Shopping Malls were also a big part of the 80's to me. I just think it's cool that there are Mall branded variants for a Superman comic from this time. Yes, it's totally cheesy and a promotional gimmick, but if anyone wants to sell me a copy, I'll take it : )
  12. So Cool! Congratulations! These Mall variants are really something special. LOVE to see your collection coming together.
  13. Lot's of great and helpful advice here folks. Thank you so much. I will try and have some grace for our friend Spencer and try again : )
  14. Hello, Wondering if anyone has had any experience buying art from the Artists Choice. I have had a couple of really strange experiences, and was wondering if this was typical. A couple of years ago I messaged them about a page that was for sale on their site that I wanted to buy. I didn't hear back, and after a week I emailed them. they let me know they had me in the que and would be getting back to me shortly. After another week I emailed them again, they apologized but let me know there were other people ahead of me, and they would get back to me when they could. Finally after a month they let me know that the page had already been sold.... There have been two more times that I have tried to buy art from them that they have for sale on their website. They typically take weeks to get back to me, seem mildly annoyed that I check back in every couple of weeks, and then end up never finally following through with selling me a page, and after a couple of months, I give up. Is this normal? Is there a secret code word I'm not using? I've bought art from art reps and dealers with what appears to be a lot more inventory, and I can't think of anything going over a week for just getting the artwork sold. They seem to rep some pretty great artists, so I'm not sure why this hasn't come up as a problem. If I had people trying to buy my art, but getting roadblocked by my rep, I would think that would be a problem. Maybe my experience has just been a total anomaly?
