Ben is awesome! I just bought some books and they arrived yesterday, no skimping on the bubble wrap--those books were given NO room to wiggle in the box, a+ packing! He even threw in some freebies. I also commissioned art from Ben a few months back and was BLOWN AWAY by how amazing it turned out. Got it professionally framed and here is the finished product:

This is such a creepy cool cover!! I saw the one for sale and said "ooh, I wouldn't mind owning that,".... but then saw the price and will have to pass on that one at this time! Haha But wow, I have been spending the majority of my time in the fiction house/Planet threads but will have to stop by here regularly too!

That's an impressive pile you posted! I picked up some beautiful Wings last year, they were ebay auctions but won them from the same collector. Was blown away by the color when I opened the box, if they look this good after all this time, imagining seeing them fresh from printing--Good stuff!

His boardie name is Comic_Zone on here, his actual name is Ben. It's original art I commissioned a few months ago, its done with marker. It is truly fantastic in person!! He told me he took scans and may produce prints of it though, you could send a message his way if youre interested.

Ever since joining I've loved this thread and seeing everyone's awesome rooms! Upon buying our house, I let my boyfriend know immediately i'd be claiming most of our "office" for my own. Finally at the point i feel i can share my little "heaven."? In the last 2 pics I am showcasing my AWESOME commissioned Alien art made for me by boardie Comic_Zone, Ben. I just got it back from getting custom framed and it looks fantastic. the Harley art is a print by Nen Chang from comic con last year, her stuff is also amazing. Up next, I plan on adding a display shelf above the art above the desk. Happy with my room's progress and how much my little collection is filling out.

Well, I dont think I'll limit myself to just FH, but I did some research on the publishers and books and really find FH appealing. There are so many cool Wings and Planet covers. I also bought myself a graded Planet Comics #50, it's on its way to me from Canada currently, but i'll share a pic when it arrives. I like and have been tracking some Zoot books, so perhaps I'll wander into Fox territory soon!

I was urged by my friend Gino to share the contents of my mailbox today, so here they are!! But my personal favorite, look at the lovely condition and VIBRANT colors!!?
