  1. I would but there is a ONE 9.9 out there that recently sold on CLink, so my 9+ set would never be complete...
  2. I already have Vampirella #19 in 9.0, 9.2, and 9.6, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to pick it up in 9.8. Now, I'm trying to decide whether to unload my undercopies or keep hoarding.
  3. R.I.P. Ken Kelly, and thank you for this treasured piece in my collection.
  4. I want the original art for that Alex Ross cover SOOOOO bad! It was available I think 5 years ago, but I was focusing buying comics instead of art (big mistake). I looked into buying it maybe a year or two ago and it was already sold of course. The new owner will probably never let it go (at least not for a price I'm able to pay).
  5. I wonder if there exists a person who is a Vampirella fan but not an Enric fan?
  6. I just made this original art purchase today, so the pictures are from the seller's website, but I can't wait for it to arrive in the mail! Last week I saw this image on the Vampirella Facebook group and was floored! So I looked it up, and it's the DIE!NAMITE #1 Justine Frany variant cover. I then searched on eBay and it was $20 - $30, but I have been trying to avoid spending that kind of money on new release stuff. What do I convince myself to do instead? Buy the damn original art. I really don't understand my thought process sometimes. It's such a sick painting though that I sacrificed a couple other pieces from my collection so that I could justify getting it. I mean look at this thing!
  7. It's been a month so I'm reposting these with lower prices on each. Savage Sword of Conan #1 - CGC 9.6 OW/W - Boris Vallejo cover - $450 shipped Vampirella #19 - CGC 9.2 OW/W - sharp copy; only a 9.2 due to dust shadows on the covers - $250 shipped Vampirella Comics Magazine #6 (2004 Harris) near virgin variant (non-virgin had tons of additional text blocking the art) - CGC 8.5 W - stunning Dan Brereton cover - FREE if you buy both books above!
  8. Hello fellow collectors! I have a few extra Vampirella covers and pages from the 1990's until early 2000's that I would like to trade for other Vampirella original art. If you are interested in any of these pieces feel free to reach out to me. Thanks! Louis Small Jr. - Vampirella Monthly (1998) #4 variant cover Buzz - Vengeance of Vampirella (1995) #17 variant cover Karl Waller - Vampirella (2001) #16 variant cover Louis Small Jr. - Vampirella Monthly (1998) #10 page 21 Joyce Chin - Vampirella Comics Magazine (2003) #7 page 3
  9. New to the collection... an original art piece from the incomparable Jose Gonzalez.
  10. I think you can still pre-order it for retail: https://www.fpguniverse.com/preorders/the-art-of-enric-1
  11. I finally got my Enric artbook in the mail from the Kickstarter! I own the painting on the right of page 131, so I was stoked to see it in there.
  12. All prices include free shipping in the lower 48 states (international may be possible at my discretion and your expense). Payment via PayPal goods and services. While I believe you will be satisfied with your purchase, comics are speculator assets, so there are no returns. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions. Savage Sword of Conan #1 - CGC 9.6 OW/W - Boris Vallejo cover - $500 shipped Vampirella #19 - CGC 9.2 OW/W - sharp copy; only a 9.2 due to dust shadows on the covers - $300 shipped
  13. Ah, I see @oakman29 is a man of culture. Here is my former Miata, but it definitely was not completely original (Chevy Vortec 4.3 V6 swap).
  14. 1) Phantom Lady #17 - This is my comic book grail for so many reasons, and it's been getting harder to acquire one. However, this was the perfect way to enjoy it until I can get a complete copy. A gorgeous presentation piece! 2) Vampirella: Sad Wings of Destiny original cover art by Joe Jusko - This is THE definitive Joe Jusko Vampirella piece for me! I never dreamed I would ever own the original art, but things all fell into place. 3) Creepy #12 (Spanish edition) original cover art by Enric Torres - I had other Enric paintings but not a published cover from the Warren era. Super excited about this pick up!
  15. @namisgr If that is not high grade, I don't know what is! Congrats!
  16. Sure thing, you are next in line. @flashlites Give me a yea or nay when you have a moment. Thanks!
  17. Hey man, if you really want it I'll take a deposit and you can do monthly payments. Hit me up, and I'll send you a PayPal invoice with a payment plan.
  18. SOLD! I have yet another Vampirella #1 for sale. I would grade this copy in the VG to VG/FN range. $669 shipped in the lower 48 states (international may be possible at my discretion and your expense). Payment via PayPal goods and services. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
  19. The one, the only, Vampirella first appearance from September 1969. If turnaround times were not so crazy, I would have this pressed and graded myself. $1,300 shipped in the lower 48 states (international may be possible at my discretion and your expense). Payment via PayPal goods and services. While I believe you will be satisfied with your purchase, comics are speculator assets, so there are no returns once purchased. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
  20. Vampirella #1 for sale. I would grade this copy around a VF- as it sits, but it may have room for improvement with pressing. $1,500 shipped in the lower 48 states (international may be possible at my discretion and your expense). Payment via PayPal goods and services. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
  21. In a weird way I'm actually disappointed that it didn't sell for more. Most recently Jusko auctions have ended near the $6K range, but this piece (IMHO) is probably one of the most iconic depictions of Vampirella in the '90's. When the seller originally asked $12K for it on eBay, I didn't think he was asking too much, I just couldn't swing it myself. I went into this auction fully expecting to lose, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came out on top. So thanks guys for not bidding it up too much.
  22. Wait, so I got two of you to worry about now? I will say that I think I'm tapped out for the rest of the year. But then again I always say that, and then a piece that "I can't live without" pops up.
