I was on the eye for star wars #42 in a grade, they sold around $300 recently idk what now, and I probably shouldn't post this as I haven't checked but I might be writing it off anyway. 9.4 then mcs every single one when they were selling for $300? We're priced at $5-700 and that was last week, despite any news and that was newly listed or new to site. If they're now selling then there is some insider trading going on. Jk but c'mon 😝🤣

I'm sure a quality scan can provide a quality screenshot if need be, so that's interesting Thanks for the feedback! I contemplated this and guessed the same basically when it comes to mechanical errors. At the very least it would help when requesting an error shipment, that cgc would have photos already, and then perhaps can make in house assessments to an end that would eventually help minimize the process and amount of them. Pure judgement call, but sounds insightful , "May Be!"

Umm err are they your books specifically? Maybe I missed that, so it's not just a raw or example of the book? But personal copy That leads me to the next question... Is it copy and pastable? Or downloadable? For per se the registry? I'm sure the news will be up pretty soon. But this "might save a lot of trouble."

Just, I myself might be looking for more copper as well, casuee I'm almost priced out of bronze except perhaps run books. Nothing wrong with that! And yet the copper is comfortably priced, and if it is indeed at least selling, it might translate to being worthy to pick up myself. Not in a crowd mentality but because brone runs can get tiring, and copper runs have been neglected.

My con is a month away, which reminds me I should make one last stroll through towards the end to see how much sold. I'll take pics as I have Lord willing in the past, I just hope there is enough business period for them to have some wiggle room on things, if not at first then eventually. Sounds promising ☺️

I did as well I've seen Kramer first of "I'm out" I wonder how they think they'll get better if only a couple of rounds every 3 months, but at first I thought they were joking or just in disgust, which is normal. Hopefully they can see the benefit of immediate results! I too hung out in spare a grade forum, but it was hard to wait to see it posted if I was close by cgc results. I set certain times to offer a grade, but too, I also try to keep an eye on "grade in" posts in the forum. Where I can estimate a grade and see results I laugh at that too because I used to think it cheating myself by not helping the other boardie in the 1st place, but many helpful things on the boards!

I went 6.5 too. I mean, I can't speak for the hundred or so people that went 5.5 or lower, but there's clearly some odds and ends going on with the book... bits of splitting visible at one or both spine corners, the paper loss at the bottom corner, the BC stain, and (ironically) the *top* staple appeared pulled-at-best, detached-at-worst. Even without knowing the bottom staple issue, reasonable enough to think the book was 'a near miss of Fine' or some variation on that. I've only noticed this discussion on this page, I put 6.5 as well after grading on the tablet. It's immediately why I posted when I awoke to the big monitor that I thought I too had over graded. I thought 5.5 made sense then just because I remembered similar books like that in this contest, similar to a piece missing out of a cover of a otherwise very nice bok. A 1st brainiac book comes to mind, although I don't remember why. I didn't notice a staple, nor did I read the notes. Although it looks clean from here, although I new I had over graded on a lot of them, I was dreading by how much but 5.5 makes sense

When's your show, in June? I have a con June 9th and wanted to ask. You yourself were saying sometimes or nowadays people seem close to the vest, and it didn't seem like the time to question. 😂 Either way I look forward to it! Usually what I'm buying doesn't correlate to others as much, but I still find it all interesting since it is connected to the hobby.
