  1. This is the closest I've come, needs a press as well. Back in 2017-18 when I bought it there was a 9.4 double cover for a little over $500. If I hadn't picked this up I estimate I could have afforded it before the price did inevitably go up for it on eBay. I'm still glad to have got something though Cost was something like $150 and for the time was way over priced Buuuuuut "double cover!
  2. Good catch. An example of the regular cover to compare.
  3. X-men Deadly Genesis is a 1st, that was speculated for a while Glad you finally made it home to open, glad you posted as well
  4. I agree, and initially when he took a picture of the staple I thought it had popped or detached, and thought maybe that's why it was green. Still I think you're correct on it being mislabeld, because surly a popped staple or any other such would and should be noted.... at least in the notes
  5. I assumed because of the rust on the bottom half of the top staple. Rust shouldn't be the reason it's a green label book. This might be a mislabel. I agree it shouldn't be green on face of it. I was a bit hesitant as I'm not as knowledgeable. In my understanding if it is a "fake" double cover it will get green? Then there was the rumor that greens wouldn't be defined on the label for the green? I thought for sure they'd still be in the graders Notes, is that correct ? @CGC Mike It's all confusing but I wait to hear. With nothing in the notes, it doesn't Warrant a green label imo
  6. Nice decor. It's fun to say that I've actually found arrow heads being in Texas, as I'm not sure it would be a common occurrence, and yet it would've been the eighties and I'm not sure the details haha run many a thing through the brain since then. It's nice they are kept proper rather than probably winding up back in the dirt
  7. Perculated the best I could and ran it through the bean, I hope the coffee helped. Grades in
  8. That actually makes sense, maybe it happened after 6pm, and it may be the reason I didn't see it earlier
  9. Ya if it partly takes place over seas, as an American it would make it interesting. And SNAP!!! How Did I miss it! HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!
  10. Check the cgc new bulletin board, I think the magazines are on hold until the new mag holder they're creating in February, I'll try to update with a link https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/11115/cgc-magazine-holder/

  14. I always like that cover. I picked it up first con when getting back to collecting!
