Swamp Thing #1 Double signed by Bernie Wrightson & Len Wein - $450 - From experience, grading is subjective. I like to undergrade so there are only good surprises if somebody grades it. I would call it a 6.5 F+ but others have called it a 7.5/8.0 VF-/VF. After a press and minor clean it might pull it off. Pressing would take the ticks off of the front and rear spine. Centrefold is nice and firm, PQ is beautiful (OW in my opinion).

No worries! Just comparing the interior PQ, front and rear color, the grade is odd comparing it to other graded VG+ copies. Granted, there is a small piece missing from the front cover but then again, give it to 5 different people to grade, guaranteed it would be different considering the missing piece muddies the water. Another factor is it hasnt been pressed or cleaned, so there is definite potential for a bump. But again, grading is subjective to me, you, and 100 others. To each their own at the end of the day but for me, its not a VG+

If this has 8.0 potential then I may have to re adjust value. I know there are 25 sig series on the census but I am curious to see how many of those are both Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson.
