    Cap 46 Left out the why. The significance of the cover. I am big into history and that issue has always stuck with me. There are other fun ones that it would be great to get before prices skyrocketed, but this would be the one that I would not consider selling I have a copy, and it will most likely be the last to go when I sell, unless I buy a higher grade copy
