Good man. I bet the difference is much more striking in the flesh. -

Your right I don't have that kind of cash, I can spend about 2K on a book, and I am sure this would be a good price for the buyer, then again he/she could say no. I have been collecting these Whitman's for awhile and trying to complete the set. I feel for you Bloomis as I know what it's like to need that one book to complete a set. I had a similar 'buy or leave' conundrum with the ASM 184 All Detergent. Unfortunately, when certain books take on near mythical status, and that catches on, anyone who finds one puts an eye watering price tag on it. You can't really blame them, as it's likely a collector with deep pockets will bite rather than wait. I waited, and that patience was rewarded in the end. Only you know what you're prepared to pay. If you're uncomfortable, leave it. Make an offer which you think is reasonable. You never know. -
New Mutants 87 Color Variation.
Mrs Muggins-migration replied to shane1956's topic in Copper Age Comic Books
Hello Shane. I cut the address into chrome and had a look. This happens when the inks are running low. Spectacular Spider-Man 160 is another good example. There are orange and red background covers out there. And they always look more striking in the flesh. I quite like them. -
You're better than that Kav. Titties for tatties and all. It's like that time I found a wallet-at first I was gonna keep it-then I thought, how would I feel if I lost my wallet? Then I realized I WOULD WANT TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON! So how would you feel if you did lose it, then someone posted it back to you all contents included? Like I didn't learn my LESSON. Sorry, I was having my dinner. What was we talking about again?

Printing error: Death of Vampirella
Mrs Muggins-migration replied to Aslpride8's topic in Comics General
Hello, There is a category here: Celebrate The Printing Errors It's difficult to tell from scans sometimes, especially with Chromium Covers which don't picture well, but it does look like the red ink is missing / erratic on this copy. I can't see another on Ebay so well done on the find -
Good thread Kav! I know you've raised it half in jest, but as the replies show, it is annoying when people don't leave feedback. Especially when you've given great service. I have always left feedback for every sale and every purchase but I accept that some won't. It probably doesn't mean they're bad people, just that they have different priorities in life. I used to think that ebay should leave auto positive feedback after a month or so if a buyer didn't bother. That would help improve the standings of sellers and seems fair. What do you think?

Now that's a good review. Read, digest and learn. It's to the point. And let's face it, it wasn't a bad bit of entertainment. It certainly wasn't a dog. Then it's settled. -

BATMAN VS SUPERMAN MOVIE A DOG
Mrs Muggins-migration replied to Mmehdy's topic in Golden Age Comic Books
Oh alright then. Your review is a dog. my review was spot on at the time....the biggest waste of 275 million and its closer to 295 Million and its probably more thats what they admitted to...you have become " NUMB TO DUMB'...accepting total pretty special effects pile of DUNG for what a real movie, with heart is. I venture to say that I or even you could have done a much better job with the -script, acting etc ..now we don't have carmine infantino's original superman here which Puzo stole the credit for and it should of be shared....that is the movie which really jump started it all.. Please stop being numb to dumb dung that the masses have come to accept ..Donners superman and as you are aware...they took one movie and divided it into two to make more money...if combined superman one and two it would be the greatest superhero movie ever made up today also. lets take Doctor Strange...a super hero movie who took a chance.. with a real -script and actors at a little over half the price ,now that is what I am taking about......Sup V Bat...are you kidding me.....and the special added 30 minutes did not change anything in my book, it was however better Dung. Sir with all due respect please RASIE you standards... My standards are just fine thank you. But I humbly suggest that you raise you I.Q. "show me the money"....what is your review.... If you give your review, I'll give mine. So far, all I have seen from you is borderline incoherent ranting, largely about dung and budgets. Try a little harder and maybe I'll increase my own input. -
