  1. Fantastic books! How's that "No PMs" thing workin' out for ya?
  2. Thanks! I already had it graded...came back 6.0. mm
  3. Its grat seeing them all lined up like that.
  4. I'm sure you know but put the Mighty Mouse on your pile to be graded.
  5. I bought DD #36 that they graded as a 9.8. I didn't notice the big back cover scan or else I would have never wasted my time. Lower left back corner has a heavy 3/4" crease on it and the book, from the scans, would not have graded higher than an 8.5. I felt it was closer to an 8.0, in hand. Summing up: the defect I missed was in their scan and they gave a complete, no hassle refund including my return shipping. The negative is that they over-graded by 6 grades. My advice is to carefully examine the scans they provide and bid if you want too. I have confidence that they will be a class act if they need to refund. http://www.ebay.com/itm/131287645378?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
  6. I bought DD #2 from Dan and the transaction was flawless. Just like the book!
  7. What a gorgeous book. Hard to believe it is now 74 years old. Definitely not one you see everyday in any condition let alone near perfect!
  8. Wow...just such a varied, and great, collection! Did you just buy what ever caught your eye that day or did you have favorites?
  9. Fantastic beginning! I've always been more partial to Scrooge than Donald. Congratulations!
  10. I feel so dirty. Still a great cover. Buettner was no slouch. Too true! I guess I can change my comment to, "Top 10 Donald Duck cover."
  11. This has always been one of my top 10 Barks covers; maybe even top 3. Very pretty copy with great page quality!
  12. Wow, color me jealous! Fantastic books! I've always played around wit the idea of doing the same run but to many dreams not enough money. Numbers 69 and 98 are probably my favorites of what you show. The 69 is just an awesome cover and the 98 has the first appearance of Uncle Scrooge in WDC&S.
  13. Its great to see your books. Thank you very much for posting them!
  14. It is required for me to applaud this as it is both an Atlas and a duck!
  15. You have a really great Barks collection. Any chance of Donald Duck #26 or #27 in high grade?
  16. Very nice books! Whoever drew the covers knew how to draw pretty women!
  17. Wow, the power of the brunette is such that I never really noticed the positive attributes of the redhead! Very pretty Marty!
  18. And you consider that a problem? Me? No...my wife however?
