  1. West Coast Avengers Lot: #1 9.6, #2 9.6/9.8, #3 9.6/9.8 $20
  2. Yeah, I enjoyed the series. I could easily see it being a Pixar film if they were so inclined. Just wished the first series would have arrived without defects. At my local shops it was almost impossible to find raw copies of #1 & #2 without spine tics.
  3. Ka-Zar The Savage Lot: #9 9.6, #10 9.4, #11 9.4, #12 9.6 $11
  4. i had some comic supplies shipped from MO that was supposed to be delivered within 2 days(on a Thursday) to me in NC. My informed delivery email came from the USPS on that Thursday saying the package was out for delivery. When my postman came with the mail he didn't have the package. Confused, I went back to the USPS website to check the tracking number and it showed the packaged had been delivered.....to San Juan, Puerto Rico. It stayed there a week before it shipped to me the following Monday. It seems that delays and misdirected mail are the norm for now.
  5. No mystery nor discredit. The later printings are harder to find for the average collector because of the low solicitation. That refers to collectors who solely depend on Retailers to put them on the shelves for distribution. If the number of copies doesn't satisfy the demand then collectors go to online retailers for those later printings. That's the explanation plain and simple. If retailers all of sudden begin to up their orders for later printings then the supply will eventually meet the perceived demand. Currently, those later printing issues that are under-ordered are seeing demand-shift price increases.
  6. Most shop owners I know won't order later printings unless subscribers pre-order them or if their first printings completely sell out. Their rationale is why order the later printing when I still have first printings sitting on the shelf. Low solicitation doesn't make them rare in and of itself because the Distributors may still have them in quantity. It just means they are not out for distribution in most LCS. That's how all those ANMPO #1 2nd prints ended up at a place like Five Below and some second and third printings Marvel & DC comics end up in packs at Walmart. I'm not sure how long it will take for Retailers to figure out there is some demand for the later printings.
  7. Yeah, Dr. Frye, though alive, is still dismembered and buried under the mountain where Hulk placed him. His son Del has the same appearance and same poisonous radiation emanating from his person since they both were injected with the gamma radiation serum Dr. Frye concocted.
  8. True. I went to about 5 stores between yesterday and today. There was a nice close to two inch stack of this comic at each store. I still grab one each time. As far as the story and art goes it still is a nice grab.
  9. I don't collect Vampirella but I will add the Horizon Zero Dawn covers to my pull list. I did manage to pick up all the Momoko Crow Lethe covers for that three issue mini-series.
  10. Looks like Legends of the Dark Knights #1 is on the same path as Hell Arisen #4 where shops under-ordered it, only a few people subbed for it but the day it comes out everyone will want a copy. I learned my lesson though. Even if I hate it, at least I subbed for a copy to avoid the Ebay mark up.
