Well I think also each batman page is 15-20k also so lets say 50k for 3 pages. The CF is easily around 30k to the right buyer. Since Someone missing a CF will need it to complete there copy. Sounds crazy but 100k for a coverless unrestored TEC 27 with cream to off white or better... might be the new norm. Action 1 might actually be 110-120k... Well If Marvel 1 (1939)wasn't a success then they would have never printed Cap1 (1941)over a year later. There would be no Captain america!! The Success of Namor and human torch were the genesis of marvels super heroes.

I Think Marvel Comics 1 is the birth of the Marvel Universe. To me it ranks 3rd. Cap 1 is great.... But the movies brought him there. Now that Evans is out. I dont see him having as much growth as Submariner with his long awaited MCU debut. The first Mutant. Also scarcity factor. Only 30 unrestored Marvel 1 and 33 unrestored for a total 63 Cap 1 83 unrestored and for a total of 170 Also many many more ungraded Cap 1 in the wild than Marvel 1. 1939 to 1941.... Is not 1989 to 1991 No one cared or collected Timely before Marvel 1. So more people held on to Cap 1 than Marvel. 2 years of growing fan base. Marvel Comics 1 even held the no1 spot over action 1 and tec 27 in the 80s and was a solid 3rd for most of the 90s
