  1. I think this one underperformed in comparison to other pages that sold recently on HA.
  2. I remember The PWJ issues with the Wolvie x-over were a huge deal when the were 1st announced and it was a major comics event. Even though the local stores here in Toronto ordered very heavily, they commanded a premium immediately and were very strong back issue seller for quite a while. I was expecting the page to sell for around $40K, but $73K is a very strong price. Congrats to the seller!!!
  3. Clearly, the Stan Lee sigs pushed the prices into the stratosphere

  5. Not shifting goal posts. Thinking about the biggest books of each era, and TMNT1 throws a bit of a kink to the list, so trying to focus on Marvel and DC only: Golden Age = Action Comics 1 Silver Age = Amazing Fantasy 15 Bronze Age = Hulk 181 Copper Age = Amazing Spiderman 300
  6. You seem very bearish on ASM 300. can you name a more significant Marvel or DC book from the Copper Age?
  7. We must be looking at different things, ‘cause 99% of the 300 times that I’m tracking are quite tame. which pieces are jumping?
  8. If this is your line of thinking, then there are many, many uninformed comics buyers on Clink, 'cause books continue to sell there at record prices!
  9. Not an Overstreet price guide. it a guide published by Krause Publications, the folks who published the Comics Buyers Guide newspaper back in the day. They occasionally published their own Price Guides
