  1. I’ve been asked for a few more photos. I’m far from the best photographer so if you need additional close ups, don’t hesitate to ask 👍🏻
  2. The usual rules apply. Amazing Spiderman #238, CGC 9.4 News stand with White pages, Signature Series, signed by 3 Romitas: John Romita Sr, John Romita Jr, and Virginia Romita (Wife of Sr, mother of Jr). Price = $750 For those unaware of Virgina Romita's comic background, she was Marvel's "traffic manager" for twenty years, ensuring artists and writers were on track and on time with their assignments, following up on creators whose work was late, and generally making sure that deadlines were met, in order to avoid fill-in's or reprint issues. She is listed as "Traffic Manager" on the title page of ASM #238, hence the reason why I asked her to sign this book as well as her husband and son. In addition to working as Marvel's "Traffic Manager", Virginia has appeared as herself in several Marvel Comics, including, but not limited to the following books: X-Men Annual #7 (1983) Saga of Crystar #5 (1983) Spiderman #89 (1990) Marvel Age #111 (1992) Here's the pic of the book. Let me know if you need any more information
  3. Thanks for your kind words, folks. I really appreciate hearing from other collectors. ive been a Cerebus fan and collector for many years, and I’ve owned about a dozen copies of Cerebus 1 during my decades of collecting Cerebus. been a fan of Dave’s for just as long, and I’ve had the pleasure of visiting his house several times, including shortly after he found the original cover art for Cerebus 1. It was lost for a few years and I was fortunate enough to have my photo taken with it. but I’m rambling now. So getting back to this book, it is the finest Cerebus 1 that I have personally seen, with the exception of the 9.4 Dave Sim file copy.
  4. That’s all for the pics, unless there’s something very specific you’d like?
  5. HI, all; The usual rules apply. Time Payments OK, if agreed to in advance. Price = $10,000
  6. Increased likelihood of damage to the book by having the facilitator flip the cover to the 1st page instead of just having the signator sign in the exact location you’ve created via window on the comicbag. moreso for instances where you have signatures done on different days and need to flip the cover multiple times
  7. And yet, if you re-read my post, you will note that I stated sales (plural) and pages (plural).
  8. I appreciate the panel’s post-Auction wrap-up. They mentioned a few things I wasn’t aware of. Looking forward to the next one! 👍🏻
  9. Recent auction sales point to McSpidey pages getting a bump up, likewise (ugh) Larsen Spidey pages Ditko Hulk pages are due for a bump up Come to think of it, I don't see anything actually needing to decrease?
  10. I can assure you that I will have no regrets.
  11. I have no stake in HA's weekly auctions, but I have to admit that the quality of their consignments has steadily improved over the past few months, and every so often, there are pieces listed that should have been included in their Signature auctions. This week's auction (ending tomorrow) and the next one have some really decent art by a wide array of artists, era's, and formats. Worth the time to look.
  12. Back up the Brinks truck! if the 9.8 Batman 181 sold for $90K, what will this sell for???
