Synnar is warned about interference from Hardcore Station's Chief Max and decides to handle the meddling chief himself on this page of cosmic drama. Incredible page layout and panel sequencing reminiscent of similar high-quality pages from the 1970's! Frozen in a trance state during spiritual awakening, the Weird loses control of his intangibility and falls through the floor leaving behind a disgruntled Deacon Dar. The Weird was birthed and banished in the late '80s by Jim Starlin and brought back from the comic afterlife for captivating backup tales in DC's revived Mystery in Space series. Great stuff! The Spec Spidey 85 is a pretty important book in the Hobgoblin mythos and is under appreciated

Right! I think the Human Fly was another one. Thongor and Brak the Barbarian were two of the lesser known licensed characters Marvel used in the early 70’s. I was also thinking we should add the Evel Knievel one-shot comic (1974)

Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica weren’t mentioned because they were published after Godzilla #1
