Yes, both of those are quite nice and important. The only reason I do not post books like those is because most collectors/persons can readily find their own supporting information concerning these types of books. I definitely collect them and love them as you do.
So did you do a tape measuring test o determine if you had a first printing of Zap Comix #4?
yes i did

Hard to tell if 3k will be considered a bargain down the line. I think in terms of Nintendo Memorabilia these magazines are awesome, but video game collectors are interested in...collecting video games. Don't get me wrong, I expect the value to rise, just not by a significant amount. If the #1 ever gets graded I imagine it alone could fetch 3k+ today if it actually came back 9.4 or better
i was thinking about buying them...my guess was they grade VF/NM or better
slab 4 of them for sure and auction them off one at a time
#1 #2 #4 and #6 would most likely put you over 3k.. but only if you sell now
like you said.. its hard to tell if 3k is a bargain down the line but im thinking its not

With the FB series coming out soon on Netflix and this particular special copy, I'm surprised I saw this listed on eBay and it's been there for a week. Guess these are tough times? Arnie, weren't you looking for a copy of this? Or did nobody notice? ComixJoint may have not since he didn't put it in the description, as I would think that would be a definite selling point. Or maybe it'll be gone next time I check? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fabulous-Furry-Freak-Brothers-1-1st-Printing-1971-CGC-8-0-Top-25-All-Time/143644342860?hash=item2171deba4c:g:MlEAAOSwc2le-S21
maybe because its not the 1st app of the Freak Brothers? i also think underground comix has not caught the attention of the masses yet

I have an underground comic from 1966, that I cannot find any information about. I have contacted several people well known in the comic book business. Shown the comic to them. No one has ever seen or heard of this comic other than the one I have. It's approximately 5x7, opens left to right, and has a price of 60 cents on cover. The comic is titled "Superboobs." It is black and white art, but the heroine and the baddie, "Bare Bottom", are actual photos the two women over lain in the comic, one topless and the other bottomless. One guy who collects underground said the art reminded him of another underground comic called "Batf*g." I have never seen that comic or heard of it either, as I am not an underground collector per say. Anyone heard or know about this book? Publishing Indicia is A.A. & E Publishing Corp Long Island New York. No artist or author in inside. Pretty funny comic.

It's okay. I liked McFarlane back then too. I have many not so good memories about 90s books. There's an awful of drekky drek from Marvel and DC in that decade. It's like when that group of guys bolted and formed Image, Marvel and DC replaced them with even worse artists.
Of course you can say that every decade has its crappy art and that's very true but somehow it feels like the 90s took crappy to a new level. And that's without even talking about the gimmick cover nonsense
the 90's was not all bad
