  1. Well I finally got the Ghost Rider #1 off the check list for the BA short box. Here is an overview of the week per purchase so far: Ghost Rider # 1 Vol. 1 Ghost Rider lot- Vol. 1 #'s 1,2,3, and 4 Marvel Spotlight #'s 7,9 and 11 Now, if I fare well with the on the Bay Saturday, then it will be a very sweet week of hunting for the CC collection. Good Luck and Happy Hunting-CC.
  2. Some very nice books landed since I last checked, as I have been laid up with "strep throat" for the first time in 32 years. I'm still waiting out a Northland Pedigree myself-happy hunting.
  3. Ya know, when ya do good, ya do good. I've enjoyed keeping up with what's going on in the collections here on the boards. So, if any feel this thread should be pinned-let Arch know, I of course say yes-why because it's been great seeing what's coming into the long and short boxes. So, if you would like to see this pinned-PM the powers to be. Peace-CC.
  4. Tomb of Dracula # 15 from the Western Penn Pedigree CGC 9.2
  5. Sweet-I'm getting ready to launch my X-Men quest soon-nice book!!!
  6. Also this week Supes 233-finally(nice copy) ..other leads may include a FF # 1( a mid-west connection) in 6.0-6.5
  7. Weeks not over yet, but week to date, Monster of Frankenstein # 1 Silver Surfer # 4 Teen Titans # 25 Werewolf by Night # 1 (and I hope to bag one more of these this week) Plus, I've got the crosshairs on quite a few TOD #1's and #10's-Happy Hunting!!!!
  8. Just gotta have my Ploog-nice start to the week, as the weekends will be my time to hunt until the Casa de Currin is finished. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...N%3AIT&rd=1
  9. I've noticed that this is quite a tight fit for the books, anybody else have the same problem??
  10. Nice to see this thread bumped back up , and as far as myself is concerned, building the new Casa de Currin has taken away from my hunting time, but I do plan on bagging a few SA Spideys and FF's next week. Some really nice scores from the forumites this past week -keep up the good work and happy hunting!!!!! Peace-CC.
  11. Well I guess it's a new week now, but I did score that other WBN 32 I was gunning for-ah, the thrill of the hunt.
  12. Some networking-forum style. Ah hell-just click attachments!!!!!
  13. To true about the networking, as Ariach found out I was in the hunt for some more Swampy # 1, and instead of getting one off him, I took both he had to part with, as he accepted my offer.
  14. That is a sweet cover, and it seems to fall in the Avengers 93 category as far as finding one well centered.
  15. I enjoyed that whole story arc, and would love to own a OA page of the Black Panther breaking the Red Skulls jaw.
  16. What's the catching point Cap-the cover or the story?
  17. Due to computer problems, my internet is down. So no comics this week (or last week). I was going to bid on a run of Mr. Monster. Now I'll have to start looking again when I get my computer back up. If your comp is down and no internet...then how the hell are you posting here?
  18. Still looking to add a sweet looking Swampy #1, if I can close this one a good week could get a little better. Overall a solid week for the BA box, and the collection as a whole. Happy Hunting.
  19. Congrats!!! I have two(both raw), but my 8.5-9.0 is not my fav, it's my solid 5.5 sighned by the Man-Stan Lee.
  20. Well you sent it in Nikos, most of us would have gotten back a 8.0-8.5 Sweet pick up for $50 and still doing OK after shipping and grading fees.
