I just got it 32 days ago today, I contacted eBay and they contacted him. He responded saying he had it checked at a local shop and no restoration. I told him cgc picked it up and he said sorry no refund. eBay wants me to wait 3 business days before they step in. I paid through PayPal on my credit card. Do I have recourse with any of them if item is not as listed?

So does this make it worth about 10k?

I purchased it on eBay, no mention from Cgc on trimming. The grade is at 7.5. i'm in the book 14,100.00 this was the cost plus Ccs/Cgc. I am kinda glad about the date stamped on the front. Kinda makes it unique to me? How burried am I in the book? its gonna be with me for some time I guess. Thanks for all the help everyone

I just saw the grade given by Cgc and will post a picture as soon as I recieve it. How do I edit the listing to say grade in? also I found out that the comic had some restoration a1 and a2..... how much do I take off of the value what considering what it's worth? thanks in advance

How to determine a value on a restored comic I recently purchased an xmen 1, sent it in for grading and discovered that it was restored. how do I know the value? Work done was a1 and a2 and grade was a 7.5 with ow pages. thank you for your time and knowledge.. joe

Not really, I'm happy with it. I'm hoping most of the dirt lifts in Ccs. It's been there over 3 solid weeks and expect a grade anytime now. Do you think the wear is seveee along the spine?

Big question, I own an AF-15 3.0 With slight-A resto (light color touch) About how much is it worth?

Grades should be in by mid next week.... Anyone else want to take a shot before I post ...?

Will the dry clean lift a lot of the dirt off the cover?

Very nice condition imo.... 9.4 on my newbie eyes I thought I saw a small nick on the lower part of the spine. If not a nick the bump me to 9.6

Any more quesstimits? I should be out of CCS with a press and a dry clean then a grade. I will post a picture as soon as I find out and ship it into safe keeping. Grade away and thanks for making my 1st experience here a great one.

I was told it was in an attic in a box for nearly 30 years.

Does anyone think CCS pressing will help improve the grade? And do they include a dry clean?

I'm brand new to this and still learning but I will try. The book has eye appeal with a few defects on the cover and by the staples, i'm seeing a fold down the middle on the front. Back looks good with a stain on the lower corner. grade 6.50 but again i'm a stone cold newbe.
