  1. And that will do for tonight. I will be posting more sometime in the afternoon tomorrow. Thanks everyone for a great start.
  2. Defenders #1 (FN) $50 Nice solid, mid-grade copy. Strong staples, looks good. Has a few spine stresses that keep it down.
  3. Fantastic Four #55 (VG) $10 Solid book with creasing, but firm staples, nothing missing...decent comic.
  4. I've been flipping back and forth, but my natural inclination is to watch OU hopefully lose.
  5. Taking a short break to watch the end of the insane Oklahoma-West Virginia game. I've gotten sucked in.
  6. Lot: Batman #98 and #105 (GD-) $50 Two heavily stained golden Bats, including 2nd Batwoman. They are complete and staples are attached throughout. Structurally fine but heavily stained, causing waviness, rings and staple rust. A project for someone. Pressing might get them flat to be okay readers. I wasn't sure how to approach these.
  7. If you're cool with passing it on, then Spidey was next in line. I'll put it in his tally.
  8. Amazing Spider-Man #40 (VG to VG+) $45 Has some spine roll I can't quite figure out but has the pages slightly uneven. Staples are firm throughout to the centerfold. Ink over spray on top that doesn't reach the cover art. Solid book with nice color.
  9. Fantastic Four #51 (GD/VG) $10 The book is more like a VG+ because it has a bit of a subscription crease. Staples are firm throughout. Actually a nice copy until some rugrat decided to write his own bubble caption on the cover. Structurally nice reader copy for anyone who wants one of the best all-time FF stories.
  10. Journey into Mystery #118 (GD/VG) $15 1st Destroyer. Lots of wear but complete with solid staples. There is some pull around the staples on the cover, but they are still solid. Just an accumulation of wear. Overall sound.
  11. Amazing Spider-Man #32 (GD+) $15 Water damage stains in two areas making the book wavy. Staples firm throughout. No missing pieces. Presents well despite the water.
  12. After last week's thread, I've been putting together a stack of stuff for another thread. This will have a little of everything again, ranging from low grade readers to some nicer keys, to just some nicely priced books. The rules: 1st gets it over PM. Shipping is a flat $5 no matter how much you buy. This is for U.S. only. If you're interested in international shipping, PM me and we might be able to work something out at cost. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the books. But please read descriptions and look at scans closely. Some of these are low grade readers. PayPal only, unless you have cleared it with me first through a PM. I'm going to grab some quick dinner and this will start up in about an hour.
  13. No, but in the spirit of Christmas, I'll do one better and just include the Plastic Man in with oceans11 pile, and I'll throw you a free book with your order?
  14. And Chris takes the last book. A fitting end to the thread. Action Comics #220 still remains at $30. I'll drop it to $25 for anyone who has picked up a book on this thread. Invoices will go out tomorrow. This was by far the most fun thread I've posted on this board, so thank you to everyone. I like seeing lower grade copies of things get love. I'm still going through this collection, working on the next tier of grade. I might start another thread later this week. Thank you again!
  15. Fantastic Four #49 (GD/VG) $125 Complete, solid book with attached staples. Damn long diagonal creases. Small indent and crease on back cover. Affordable copy.
