  3. The challenge of this series is issues #2-#14.... Hey is #6 submitted yet? i second that. i have found 2 collections missing those issues, give or take very little.
  4. the way i sees it, a wrightson cover is a wrightson cover is a wrightson cover.(and that goes for all the talented artists and creators). as long as you can see the art and read the stories, i buy them and enjoy them. just sayin'. as to the post regarding prices/values/whatever softening, umm, yeah, they do indeed go upsy and down. thank you for reminding those of us with small brains who have trouble comprehending.

  10. GOOM I love those books. They're AWESOME. But I do have one question: why are there 12 suit & sportcoat clad men out in the mountainous foresty region, climbing rocks, trees, etc? Corporate team-building exercise gone horribly awry? right! and why would you hang on to goom? he's from planet x !!! if he doesn't mess you up, his son surely will! i'll have to raise these questions (and many more, like how do 'we' humans know their names when they just rose from a volcano/swamp/the earth/thin air/a lake/a cloud/glass jar/ice/snow/spaceship/bee hive for but a few seconds) next time i catch stan.
  11. don't know what to think of giant personal genies and kids ruling the world though...
  12. of course aliens impersonating humans can be cool!!!
  13. the insect covers have special meaning to me as i studied entomology in grad school...
  14. after viewing much of the marvel covers (and owning wwbn and tod runs), there seems to be good reason why the thread is dc-centric. simply put, the dc covers are on a 'higher level' than the marvel covers (imho). but certainly, any horror cover is pretty cool!!!! nice unexpected pick up! there is a witching hour with a similar cover, ancient guy in a wheel chair...something wicked at the door...
  15. haha...i have bought a few of those kinda lots on ebay too...you win some, you lose most... you should read #176, #186, #189 and #207 too...(and many many more!!!)
