  1. More Fun Comics #110 "D" Copy pedigree (DC, 1946) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white pages CGC notes, "Light foxing on edges of pages." Highest graded copy. $450.00
  2. More Fun Comics #109 (DC, 1946) CGC 8.5 Off-white pages. As it turns out, I own the other certified copy! So if you don't want to splurge for the $350.00, you can get this slightly lower graded copy (but higher PQ) at just $300.00
  3. More Fun Comics #109 (DC, 1946) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Cream to off-white pages. Genius Jones cover. Once you start getting past issue #106 it becomes very difficult to find these books. Frankly, there is a reason why. They weren't that good!!! At least not until Howie Post took over the covers around issue #121. But while from a reading standpoint back in 1946 these books suffered, now in 2020 they are collectors' items!!! Only THREE copies of this book have been certified, and Heritage sold two of them - the last one in 2012. This is the second highest copy with the Church copy not surprisingly being above it. $350.00
  4. More Fun Comics #108 (DC, 1946) CGC 6.5 Cream to Off-white pages Genius Jones begins and first cover appearance. Only FOUR copies of this issue have been certified. There are two copies graded higher, one of which is the Church copy (I sold that back in 2016). Heritage has only sold one certified copy (2006) and one raw copy (2008) so if you ever want to complete a More Fun run, you need to buy this affordable copy! $175.00
  5. More Fun Comics #107 (DC, 1946) CGC 8.5 Off-White pages This was the final superhero issue of this title and thus the last appearance in the book of Superboy, Green Arrow, Aquaman, and Johnny Quick -- the four regulars all moved to Adventure Comics thereafter, leaving this series an all-humor affair. Funny twins Dover and Clover drew cover honors here. The most notable artist of the issue is Mort Meskin, who drew the Johnny Quick story. This issue is a Gerber "7," and only the Church copy grades higher at CGC 9.4. Crippen "D" Copy Heritage has only sold three certified copies, and the last was in 2011. A raw FR copy sold in Oct 2018 for about 6x Guide! That's how infrequently you can find this book. $950.00
  6. More Fun Comics #102 (DC, 1945) CGC 6.0 Off-White Pages Second Superboy appearance ever. The #101 has shot up in price in the last few years. These early Superboy issues are possibly next. First solo Dover and Clover cover appearance. $600.00
  7. More Fun Comics #100 (DC, 1944) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white pages Since when does a guy swimming in money need rescuing? At any rate, Johnny Quick is taking care of it (he can fly, don't forget). The cover is by Mort Meskin, who also drew Johnny's story inside the book. Also appearing are the Spectre (with Bernard Baily art), Green Arrow, and Aquaman. 100th issue of one of the most iconic DC titles! $600.00
  8. More Fun Comics #99 (DC, 1944) CGC6.5 Cream to Off-White Pages Or if you want a lower graded, more affordable copy, you're in luck! $350.00
  9. More Fun Comics #99 (DC, 1944) CGC8.0 Cream to Off-White Pages Featuring the Spectre, Green Arrow and Speedy, Aquaman, and Johnny Quick. Cover by George Papp. Art by Bernard Baily and Mort Meskin. And, hey, it's a bondage copy. Don't get too excited! Just one copy grades higher than this one, and of course it is the Church copy. Heritage has only sold three certified copies in 18 years! Most raw copies are low grade. $725.00
  10. More Fun Comics #96 (DC, 1941) CGC 4.0 Cream to Off-White Pages Much more affordable at $200.00
  11. More Fun Comics #96 (DC, 1941) CGC 7.5 Cream to Off-White Pages Featured in the issue are Green Arrow and Speedy, Johnny Quick, Dr. Fate, Aquaman, and the Spectre, plus humor characters Dover and Clover. Heritage has offered only TWO certified copies of this book, and that was way back in 2002 and 2005!!! Only three low grade copies have ever been offered and the most recent was EIGHT years ago! Only six copies have ever been certified making this actually one of the more difficult copies to find. Why? I have no idea!!! But I know I own the third highest graded copy and you likely won't find the other two around!!!! Now you might say you don't want to pay over guide for this book. I'll tell you how I look at it - it is just $600.00 and good luck finding another copy! Unless you want to buy a lower graded copy and if so, you're in luck!
  12. More Fun Comics #93 "D" Copy pedigree (DC, 1943) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white pages. It's old-fashioned fun as Green Arrow and Speedy meet "The Man from the Mauve Decade" (that's the 1890s, in case you were wondering). The cover is by Cliff Young, who also drew the accompanying story. While earlier issues of this title mixed in a few adventure-type characters, this one's an all-superhero affair -- how do Doctor Fate, Aquaman, Johnny Quick, and the Spectre strike you? Note that while Overstreet calls this the first appearance of Dover and Clover, that comedic duo didn't debut until the following issue. Only the Church copy grades higher so this is the best affordable copy you can find right now! Heritage has only offered two CGC copies in the last 15+ years! $500.00
  13. More Fun Comics #92 (DC, 1943) CGC 7.5 Off-White Pages Green Arrow cover by Cliff Young. Doctor Fate, Aquaman, Johnny Quick, and the Spectre features. Mort Meskin art. Two higher graded copies which, no surprise, are the SF and Church pedigrees, which makes this one the most affordable high-grade copy that exists. Heritage hasn't seen a certified copy since 2005! $550.00
  14. More Fun Comics #90 (DC, 1943) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. Not only does Cliff Young's cover give us Green Arrow and Speedy in superhero action, DC managed to put it a "buy war bonds" plug as well. Green Arrow stars in the lead feature, too, also drawn by Young. Other heroes in the book are Doctor Fate, Aquaman, Johnny Quick (drawn by Mort Meskin), and the Spectre. From the Northern Lights Collection. Heritage has sold only three other CGC copies in 18 years. Two pedigree copies grade higher. $1,525.00
  15. More Fun Comics #89 (DC, 1943) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white to white pages. The Green Arrow and Speedy practice their archery skills on some unfortunate criminals on Cliff Young's clever cover for this Golden Age title. The issue also features the origin of the Green Arrow and Speedy team. One copy grades higher. $1,075.00
  16. More Fun Comics #88 (DC, 1943) CGC VF 8.0 Cream to off-white pages. The lineup of heroes in More Fun was tough to beat -- two enduring DC heroes in Aquaman and Green Arrow, two Justice Society guys in the Spectre and Doctor Fate, plus fleet-footed Johnny Quick, who profited from the art of Mort Meskin in this issue. The cover is by Cliff Young. CGC notes, "Light tanning interior front and back cover." Again, another difficult issue to locate. Heritage has only seen six copies in 18 years, and while there was a raw copy in VG condition that sold in 2016, no CGC copy has been sold since I bought this one back in 2005!!! Just two copies grade higher. From the Northern Lights Collection. An incomplete copy sold in September 2019 for 2x Guide! Here is your chance to own a complete one! $950.00
  17. More Fun Comics #87 (DC, 1943) CGC 7.5 Off-White Pages Superhero Johnny Quick gets one of his rare spotlights on this cover by Mort Meskin, who also contributed interior art. This issue had the last Radio Squad and featured a interior cover ad for Boy Commandos #1. Although there are five copies graded higher than this one (including one at CGC 9.8 ), there have only been five certified copies offered by Heritage in nearly twenty years! $875.00
  18. More Fun Comics #85 (DC, 1942) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white to white pages. Normally, plummeting to the ground with your hands and feet tied up would be cause for alarm. But if you're pals with Green Arrow, it's no biggie -- see this issue's George Papp cover for evidence. More Fun had quite an impressive roster of characters in those days; features include Doctor Fate, Aquaman, Johnny Quick (with Mort Meskin art), and the Spectre. Two copies grade higher. The last recorded CGC copy that sold in 2016, which was a CGC 8.0, went for over Guide at $836.00. My price is barely higher. From the Northern Lights Collection. $900.00
  19. More Fun Comics #82 (DC, 1942) CGC 6.5 Cream to Off-White Pages The Golden Age Green Arrow and Speedy star on the George Papp cover. First small logo cover. Heritage has only offered four copies of this issue, and the only CGC copy was sold fifteen years ago! Only three copies graded higher. A mere $600.00.
  20. More Fun Comics #81 (DC, 1942) CGC 8.0 Off-White Pages Last large logo. George Papp cover and art. Bernard Baily and Paul Norris art. Three copies grade higher but where they are I do not know. Heritage has only auctioned FIVE copies in 18 years and NO CGC copies since 2002!!!!!! Only nine copies have been graded. $975.00
