I had a drama queen exit speech all ready to go too. Welp, maybe next week. -

Yes! That's what I want to be seeing. Is there a setting I can adjust to go back to that? -
Every forum now looks like a solid wall of text. Yikes! Much harder to parse, and impossible to scan a bunch of thread titles at once.

Hero Restoration, Anyone know the latest?
Point Five replied to Cantina201's topic in Comics General
Even by the standards of this thread, that is shocking. I am so sorry. -

Pickup from the Goldin auctions last month... my first Timely in eons. Super chuffed about this one! -
5.5 was my first thought too. Cool cover!

Some of you were pretty harsh on that poor Crime Mysteries! There's wear on/around the spine, true, but the book has positives... the rest of the cover looks clean and sharp. To me this is one of those forest-for-the-trees type things... someone not super plugged into grading like we are would consider this a *really* well-preserved 1950s comic book.

Sorry... one more quick thank you as the end credits roll. My thanks as always to @sckao, who set up the Excel scoring sheet that I use for these contests back in 2020. I would not be able to program this scoring (or do it manually) to save my life. Not sure if he's still around here but his kindness is not forgotten. Thanks, Shin!

Final Results: All the guys at the top racked up some crazy impressive numbers for sure... but we have a winner. Congratulations to @grendelbo, winner of Point Five's 5th Annual Grading Contest!!! Honorable mention to @jbpez and @TheTallGuy, taking the silver and bronze slots respectively!!! Cheers all!!!
