Some highlights from a local con this morning, I'm happy with these today.

I didn't check back here before I hit the show, so I may have been to your table and not known. BTW the event was awesome, best $5 comic show I've seen. Hopefully you get to secure the same venue for next year, great place for a show, I would drive out again next year for it.

The first AvP series could be valuable in HG, the #0 sells for higher than the rest from what I've seen. AvP Deadliest of the Species is another good one, written by Chris Claremont, there is a #1 platinum variant that can be hard to find.

Terminator - The Enemy Within Cool story with a man/machine hybrid trying to fight against embedded skynet programming.

How about Hellboy?

Very happy with this haul from over the weekend, glad I decided to hit the flea market.

Had good luck at the flea market this weekend, found the full set of Grendel War Child in a $1 box. #1 is also the first Grendel book from Dark Horse.

My mail-carrier pulled into the driveway on a Sunday last year to deliver a package, Sunday delivery seemed odd. She gave me the rundown on the USPS-Amazon Prime deal for delivering packages on Sunday, said it was a voluntary overtime deal where they got paid hourly to deliver on Sundays. So if you get a Prime package on Sunday, thank your carrier for picking up an extra shift just for that.

Took me a while to see it, but the Engineers ship from Prometheus is where the Predator's forehead should be. Now I think I like it even more!

A sample of dollar bin digging for DH books last weekend. My favorite here was the Life and Death #1 "B" cover variant, I have a hard time pulling this series ever, it has (17) books from 4 titles (Aliens/Predator/AvP/Prometheus). DHP #42 & #43 - love the artwork on these.

Found this one locally, not sure how this book was originally distributed though. It would be cool if you opened the Sunday newspaper and this fell out!

Would this magazine be the exception to the reprint rule? The cover art and interior stories are all reprinted material from previous issues.

I don't think CGC will be at this show, probably needs to be a bigger show for that. Albany Comic and Toy show is this Sunday 3/24 so there will still be plenty of books to dig through between both shows. Good Luck!

Don't forget the DC app also include a solid library of digital comics, that helped justify the cost for me.

LCS got a new collection in recently, I was happy find this stuff mixed in with the regular boxes...

Very cool book!! I have the paperback version, but this is really slick.

Won this auction back in 2017, starting bid was $19.99 and I was the only bidder. Haven't been able to top this win since.

Very cool, and I think it is the first appearance of X. This will be a series to complete, 3- down 22 to go!
