One time at CGC we got a package that had books wrapped inside peed on sweat pants. one Was Daredevil 168 no kidding. Smelled a little like vinegar too. I opened the box and took out the pants with salad tongs. (essential grading divination tool) I was all running around up and down the hall with them (pants) I think that's what prompted my article on how to ship your comics.

post counters are cool, accumulating post counts is cool.. I personally don't think about post numbers, except like 69, 666, you know, the fun ones like birthdays and when applicable, anniversaries. It's cool getting divorced because you get an anniversary for the start of the relationship, and then a new anniversary for the break up, if you keep track of those sorts of things. What I look for is how LONG they have been on the boards.. there's the tell.

It was cost prohibitive for a lot of us, and it was only offered direct, another sales killa when you are buying at 7-11 I loved it and thought it reminded me of something we'd see serialized in Heavy Metal. I hope we get to see it on the silver screen. BTW would someone please send me a TP or beater copies of a 300 set? I haven't read it/them yet. I'll read and give them back. our friend grassy-knoll on ebay has 100 book lots for $109.00 plus less expensive shipping, one of the lots (# 16,17,or 18) has MM 16-22 in multiples like 6 copies of 18 and so forth. It's worth it to check it out!

The special reprints interior from GI Joe # 60

I was very happy to get them for sure, that # 2 is just decimated, It's like it was in a fire or something (at a seamstress - it's cut all the way through at the bottom middle 2" or so) ~ complete though ~ I am going to can it encapsulated just to save it from going further downhill ! I can't remember if it was Vancouver Exchange Student or Lost Valley Girl pedigree that had one or both...anybody?
