Ok, as promised here we go. First book up is an extremely ridiculous condition Batman 34. Has a couple of minor stains on cover, but an unbroken spine? Cmon. Very High grade. Wont guess on this one. Let your eyes be your guide.

    $1500

Is it possible that it just might not have any of the tell tale Reilly codes on it or did all of the books from this pedigree collection come with the designated codes without any exceptions?  ???

FYI I have the Bats 15 and World's Finest 10 Reilly books (both CGC'd as SF copies).  Neither have the name stamp on the back, although the WF has a date code on fc.  Unsure if there was a difference between the books he picked up himself vs. those his parents bought after he went off to the service.

those are all May 1941 books so there should be a cap 3 up there as well. I see Superman 10, which isnt too bad for a dime. I would love to have the Wonderworld 24 which is also sitting too long but the Subby was published quarterly so maybe not so odd for it to be there.

I think that is Tec 50, which is also slightly "leftover"...we should go in the time machine and take those old books off that guys hands for a nickel each so he can be current...

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, these boards are awesome!

It’s been a weird month of second chance books for me.

Planet Comics #5!  Arrived today.  Less than 11 months ago I purchased my first Planet Comics book ever, a copy of issue 11.  Now I have a full set of “rivet” issues with the arrival of #5 today!

I’ll probably try to post a pic of all 22 together soon. I just love these books.
