  1. I'm fine with Thor being replaced, i.e. Beta Ray Bill picking up Stormbreaker (or something else that makes sense while not undoing prior storytelling), but I'm not on-board with calling another character "Thor" or bringing Mjolnir back. I just don't wanna pay for a streaming service or have to do time-specific homework before watching a movie. I imagine it will be a less-enjoyable experience if you don't watch all of the episodes of the tie-in shows. It took me many, many, years before I gave most of the Marvel TV shows a chance. I'm just too busy and there are more fun/important things to do at home. Phase 4 altogether is looking like an easy pass for me and family/friends. However, as I've said, Doctor Strange might be a must-see for the interested genre of "gothic horror". Nothing else really has any draw.
  2. And I'm 99% sure kav got a short vacation for just posting one of these:
  3. I guess the non-color braking creases might knock it down, but it has tons of appeal. 6.0 is little too harsh IMO.
  4. I don't think that this is the plan - though it should be. BRB just makes more sense than 'Lady Thor'. Thor is a person and not a mantle. I also don't wanna see Mjolnir back in the MCU since they accomplished everything I wanted (and more) in Endgame, by having Thor dual-wield his weapons, and Cap pick the hammer up. Initially, I didn't even realize that these 10 announcements are the entirety of Phase 4. Those TV shows better pay off for 'em, because that is a total buzzkill of a full lineup. With MCU lookin' to be in the pits from my perspective, and Worlds of DC doing really nothing soon, I might just take a break for a few years from comics book movies. Maybe catch up when Fantastic Four, X-Men, and the next Spider-Man come out.
  5. Idk about that. There are more than a few areas that could've used color touch - if it was gonna be restored at all. And if it was, I'd suspect it's Grade-A quality (easier to remove if that is the case). I would be optimistic about a 7.0, but don't get down if it's a 6.5 or even a 6.0. It's just CGC's opinion of the condition. If you're not selling, then just be proud of having a very nice comic that is in improved condition, was checked for restoration by professionals, and is in a very nice display case to help protect it. Check back when you receive it and let us know what label and grade it gets!
  6. If pressing can remove all of the waviness, I can see a 7.0 coming out of it. Getting it CGC'd?
  7. I don't want forgiveness. I earn most my warning points.
  8. Someone tell the OP what Action Comics #1 is worth. It may blow his/her mind...
  9. If you wanna be that shallow, sure. I wouldn't pretentiously call others narrow-minded when you can't see through a transparent subtitle. Have you been previously misled by other MCU subtitles..? Did you not think Ultron was going to be the big bad in Avengers 2..? Also, I'm not sure how you're oblivious to this most-likely scenario: Foster is probably going to be her love interest. This movie is looking bad, no matter how you want to spin it. When the "King" of Asgard wants her character to pursue a queen - I'm not fond of that. I can only hope that Waititi can not hop on the bandwagon, and actually direct another good Thor movie, however unlikely it may be.
